    Seraphine - POP/STARS Cover

Are Casters aware we can't see how many souls senna has?

    Posted: 22 Aug 2020 01:56 PM PDT

Since LEC/LCS have started having sponsors in the bottom left of the screen, it's impossible for us as spectators to know how many souls Senna has/marks Kindred has etc.

Are the casters aware of this? It'd be nice if they could mention how many souls Senna has collected or mention when she's hit another threshold rather than just talking about the "bonus range" shes sat on. Obviously the ideal is we see it ourselves but I cant imagine the sponsor messages moving anywhere.

I have found out who Seraphine the artist is.

    Posted: 22 Aug 2020 11:22 AM PDT

Hello guys, your friendly neighborhood Reddit detective here. This will be a rather long post so skip to the TL;DR if you no read

At first i thought this was obviously Chrissy Costanza for a few reasons. 1. She sounded similar to the artist that sang in Childhood Dreams. 2. She sang Pheonix and Legends never die and the Chinese crowd loved her in 2017. 3. She just moved to LA. But upon the new release i realized, this isn't her. This is somebody new. So i took to Twitter/Soundcloud/Youtube to find the true singer behind all of this.

Her name is Chevy, and she does Ukelele covers on youtube as well as a few original songs on her SC. This is the link to her SC. https://soundcloud.com/chevyha

The reason i believe this is Chevy is for a number of reasons. Listed below:

    1. Seradotwav, the name that Seraphine goes by on her socials, is extremely similar to Chevy's manager... Soradotwav. Who Seraphine happens to follow on Twitter.
    2. Both Seraphine and Chevy's Soundcloud accounts follow a guy named Shawn Wasabi, if you're unfamiliar with the LA music scene, Shawn Wasabi is a bedroom pop producer, that Chevy happens to have a song with.
    3. Chevy has insane vocal range, and if you listen to the newest Seraphine cover and then listen to Chevy's music, it's definitely the same voice once you take into account the production level at Riot as well as the autotune on her voice.
    4. Soradotwav, Chevy's manager, also happens to be a songwriter himself. He tweeted out recently that he is working on 3 original songs that will be releasing in October.... right after he tweeted at Seraphine saying they are destined to collab. here are the tweets https://twitter.com/soradotwav/status/1296729275450761216 https://twitter.com/soradotwav/status/1296862120936648704
    5. Seraphine and Chevy's music tastes and art styles are very similar based on the types of people they both follow on Soundcloud and Twitter.
    6. Chevy recently moved to LA from Australia
    7. Before you say that her voice is too high, she can sing lower too as in this song https://soundcloud.com/chevyha/sets/check-out-my-new-collab-w ... like come on this is obviously the same singer.

Tell me what you guys think! Im 99% sure these are the people behind Seraphine

TL;DR Riot has siphoned the Asian community in LA to find the singer Chevy and her manager/songwriter Soradotwav, to create Seradotwav aka Seraphine.

Ninja Edit: She also suspiciously stopped posting covers 2 months ago on her youtube, around the time Seraphine began posting. Here is her YT for anybody interested. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYonnZSZPYSSJ1zwDRSj3Uw

[Fanart] I painted K/DA Akali & Evelynn, just in time for their comeback!

Hey again, I started this piece just after my last Kaisa one a month ago but the timing ended up lining up super well with their comeback! I've wanted to do fanart for K/DA since it came out but somehow ended up doing True Damage first, still super hyped and for Seraphine too!

Hope you like this piece. I might try to do a a neon alternative edit in the next few days too.

Suggestion: Remake should be automatic, not a vote.

    Posted: 22 Aug 2020 01:23 AM PDT

I (jungler) just wasted 40 minutes of my life getting trolled by a team which unanimously refused to remake and I'm asking myself why this is even allowed to happen. Our top laner was AFK level 1 until the enemy Darius was level 8.

Needless to say, I was losing my mind when the vote ended and we were still in the match. Who doesn't remake??? Why would you even do that?

Remaking should not be optional unless you're a 5-man. There is no reason an innocent rando like me should have to suffer through 40 minutes of absolute absurdity - or risk account punishment - just so 4 nihilistic imbeciles can stroke their self destruction fantasy for an hour.

This is not fun, it's not morally right, and it's not good for business. In normal draft and soloQ, remake should not be optional. It should be automatic. If 3 minutes hits, the game ends, period.

It could even be an extra function. The vote can still happen at 3 minutes, but if they haven't at least connected by 5 minutes, the game should end.

Here is a condensed summary of every single Worlds scenarios for DWG, DRX, GEN, T1, AF - LCK playoffs teams

    T1

    Afreeca Freecs

Pretty complicated scenarios this year, due to T1 and GEN doing well in the spring split yet DRX and DWG surging up in the standing in the summer split. Almost fried my brain calculating the different scenarios for DAMWON Gaming especially.

    ----

    TL;DR version:

    • T1 - In a love/hate relationship with GEN
    • GEN - In a love/hate relationship with DRX
    • DRX - "T1 bad"
    • DWG - "T1 good"
    • AF - Out for themselves

Why is Garen so hard to click on?

    Posted: 22 Aug 2020 10:48 AM PDT

Maybe its just me but I've always had trouble clicking on Garen when fighting him, causing me to walk straight in to him when he's using e instead of auto attacking him, so I looked at his hitbox on the wiki. He has a selection radius (how close the mouse cursor has to be to the center of their model in order to click on them) of 75, along with champs like Yasuo and Yone. 75 is almost the lowest in the game, which is weird since Garen is a juggernaut. Other juggernauts have a much higher selection radius eg: Darius and Morde with 125, Illaoi and Sett with 100.

Yeah I know I should just get good and use attack move, but its still very strange that such a big champion has such a small selection radius. Maybe there's a reason, idk.

I think league could use an old lady champion.

    Posted: 22 Aug 2020 08:15 AM PDT

Swain is a cool older gent which is nice. But wouldn't it be awesome to get a granny style old lady/elderly character. For you Prachett fans, imagine a Granny Ogg style witch character brewing up booze and potions alike! Maybe gragas' mum or something? Or one of he upper demacian women, masters of tactics and command but gray and weary. Or like a Dredd style crime boss from Zaun, old but street smart and a survivor. Every woman in the game is slim, attractive and (if they aren't already) look 25-40 max. And That forty is just Camille taking the number up,

Any more granny champion ideas? Would you main a silver lady on the rift?

Edit. Just some normal editing stuff.
