This is why Rengar is considered an Evelynn counter, with his W effectively rendering her burst null. SoFM will be looking to scout Canyon's position 24/7 with this build. Take into account the fact that SOFM is building Cinderhulk > Lucidity Boots > Knight's Vow > Spirit Visage with Inspiration secondary (cosmic insight) for Max CDR for his ultimate and W. Posted: 31 Oct 2020 02:26 PM PDT This tip applies to the adc, as well as to whatever lane the support has roamed too, but please, let them use their support item charges. Especially on cannon minions. Often times I will be be coming to a lane pinging the cannon minion, only for whoever is in that lane to just blow all their abilities trying to shove as fast as possible and get all the gold. When us supports kill the minion, you get the gold too! And the more we get to do it, especially on cannons or even melee, the faster we can complete our support item and have a little bit more vision capability. So if you are farming, and a support is near, check to see if they have a charge before you slam your face on qwer trying to kill all the minions. | A new toplaner’s experiences and struggles Posted: 31 Oct 2020 02:18 PM PDT So, let's get this started: I made an account a month or so ago on EUW (now level 32, focused mostly on jungle and middle) but decided to make a new on NA due to ping (150+ on EU, 40-70 NA), which is now level 11. I've focused on getting toplane champions up, and now have Darius, Garen, Illaoi, Teemo, Mordekaiser, Renekton, Cho'Gath, Kayle, and Ashe (for my unorthodox pick.) I'll make an example of a game here: I had third pick. They picked Kayle first, which is normally placed in the toplane, and struggles against Renekton, so I picked him. The next phase, they picked up Irelia, and I was like "wait. Is it Irelia mid? Kayle mid? I don't think it matters much, as Renek does decently against both" Then for last phase, they snagged a Pantheon. They had 3 champions that could go top. So my question is: In a situation like this, where I don't know if I need to modify runes or what summoner spells to pick up, as well as who my opponent will be (turned out it was Pantheon) how do I play that game? Do I need more all around champions? Do I need to not focus solely on the cheese counter? Etc, etc. [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 31 Oct 2020 02:41 PM PDT Hi, im a support main in silver/gold elo and can not seem to be able to win hardly ever, ive deranked two times in the last week. I have great laning and generally either win or go even, i ward great, always buy control wards, i roam when im on a champ that can and my macro is pretty damn good and my map awareness, pinging and warning lanes of ganks and items or cooldowns. Im thinking i should switch roles during preseason and learn something else that i can carry from, i enjoy adc and top but those two roles seem like they cant do much in the mid/late game. I like tanky engage type champs, im not one to play damage dealers and show off or try and get high kda's, i generally like playing for my team. Should i switch and try another role even though support is the role i enjoy the most but dont have fun when my solo lanes get dumpstered and my jungler tries to always invade without checking the map or constantly fights bad fights. I just feel hard stuck and cant seem to carry with support or ever have my team listen to me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks [link] [comments] |

| Elder Dragon Bug - I was executed at 52% HP Posted: 31 Oct 2020 02:01 PM PDT Hey guys, noticed a bug in my last game and want your guys opinion. I am a bot main and I was playing Aphelios. The other team was able to secure the Elder Dragon and thus had the buff. In the last fight, The Yone used his R and was able to catch me. He chunked me pretty good at first, but I switched to Severum and activated the Q and began regenerating life back. I then used my R with Severum and gained even more life back. At that point I was executed by the Elder Dragon buff at 1074 life (52% of my 2027 total life). You can see the white true dmg number pop up as the Elder Dragon executes me. At no point in the fight did I ever drop below 405 life (20% of 2027) and as far as I can tell watching it back on slow motion the lowest my health ever got was 606 (~30%). So what gives? He's melee so he abuses the short CD and he can use every keystone pretty well. Not sure in what world he picks it instead of Conquerer, but whatever. (The reason Sett ran it was so he could grab Nimbus Cloak + Hextech Flashtraption but now he just gets Phase Rush which lets him do it but he has a real keystone) Omnistone Nidalee makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever: * Can't really make use of Aery that well (mostly a laning keystone) * Can't really make use of Lethal Tempo that well (would much rather have Conquerer) * Can't really make use of PTA that well (would much rather have Conquerer) * Can't really make use of Comet that well (I guess it kind of helps with poke?) * Can't make use of Grasp that well (laning keystone, tank keystone) * Can't make use of Glacial Augment until she has GLP. And combine that with the fact that she's ranged so she has higher cooldowns on Omnistone and the fact that the whole point of Omnistone is the low cooldowns which is kind of useless in jungle. Hail of Blades Braum we saw Damwon vs G2 apparently, I didn't watch that game. He did more damage as Braum than G2's entire enemy team (and his own ADC), probably not too bad, helps you proc your passive faster. Maybe HoB Tahm Kench next. Also, GLP Nidalee is interesting? I've always thought that GLP could be good on junglers because 20% CDR utility item but unlike other junglers Nidalee can just build Athene's if she wants utility. [link] [comments] |

They are a raidboss and I don't deal any damage to them while they just kill me in seconds. I even buy antiheal but it doesn't work. They still heal a shitton. I could play earlygame so perfect, abuse enemy botlane for picking Yuumi and being a 1v2 lane but when midgame hits like 20 min in the game 20-25 min Yuumi just jumps on someone like Heca and they just run all of us over. The only way I chose my runes were either through the Blitz app, or by looking through mobafire guides. To me I find that both of these methods don't help me learn what's best to choose for the champ I'm trying to play in each matchup, and that most guides are pretty bad at telling me how to use my runes in a build and why to choose them. | How can I play into tank and AP junglers? Posted: 31 Oct 2020 03:03 PM PDT I'm a Silver 4 Jungle main who mains Warwick. I want to start branching out and diversifying my champion pool to cover my weaker matchups. I'm extremely comfortable with Warwick and I feel like he's a solid first pick but I struggle with heavy AP or tank junglers. I can play well into Evelynns but Shyvana absolutely decimates me whenever I play against her. Same thing goes for heavy armor junglers like Ammumu or Rammus, they have tons of cc and lots of armor which prevents me from being able to 1v1 easily. They also bring a lot of utility, just like Warwick, so even if I'm ahead early/mid, I'm not able to pull away and take control of the game and usually become pretty useless lategame. How should I adapt my playstyle to play into these type of champions? I also know picks like Evelynn work well into most tanks and Kha plays well into burst, so are there any champions I should pickup to cover Warwick's weak spots? [link] [comments] |

| Hello im top main and i dont know how to climb in top lane. Posted: 31 Oct 2020 04:34 AM PDT So im jungle / top main. I played jg mostly and got to gold 1 promo for plat. I got bored with playing only jg i wanted to play litle bit of top. And i got demoted do gold 4. And i feel i dont have much impact in game. I had a lot of unlucky games where jg did not gank and sutff(that is reason i started maining jg). When im doing bad on top or i get to play against a counter match up. I dont die i play safe i dont farm much i soak exp. My jg never wants to gank even if enemy is puhsed in but i dont get mad about that. Some times i win lane sometimes i dont. When i win lane i kind of and can just use that lead and win. But when i dont get lead and my team does not play well how to win. I main Ornn, Cammile and Sett. And it seems i cant climb on top i dont know what to do better. I just want to hear explanation how to climb form top lane. I like to play champs like those 3 i mentioned bcs they are good in teamfights and i can easily split push with Cammile and sett. TLDR : I kind of know what to do if i win my lane. But when i get behind by not csing because enemy picked ranged or counterpick matchup. How to win game as a top laner if you are not fed that is my question. Sorry for bad english.
