Posted: 09 Nov 2019 03:14 AM PST I keep seeing posts on this subreddit about how Riot was right all along for not putting out regular urf, but only ARURF. About how people only care about winning. About "tryharding". About not having fun. So i am just going to say it: what you think is fun doesn't apply to everyone. Some people like to "tryhard" and go for the win. For them winning is fun. Some people like to play the same champs over and over again because for them its fun to play those picks. Just because you want to try out full ad leblanc and keep dying to the enemy fizz, doesn't mean he should have played something else. If you believe trying silly builds in URF is fun, then i am all for it. Go ahead. But you can't force your definition of "fun" onto other people. I have played many different champs in urf and i am really enjoying it. But almost every other game people will comment "oh god you tryhard pick something else this is for fun". Well I hate it to break it to you, but i am having fun. Just not your definition of fun. I really missed regular old URF. In my opinion is so much better than ARURF. People never or rarely dodge. I bet everyone forgot about that when they praise ARURF. Let people enjoy their game. Stop whining, stop complaining. If you were really having fun with your ad leblanc then why on earth are you complaining? Maybe in the end, you needed to win with that same ad Leblanc in order for you to have fun. Food for thought. No offense to any of the academy players, but why are they included in the Twitch Rivals contest? A lot of quality streamers didn't get drafted because people want to win, which is completely understandable. I just don't understand why we have pro players in this event. I mean 4 of the 5 members of the 100T Academy team who WON the academy championship last summer are in the tournament. I'm here for the memes, not for the supremes. E: lots of good replies. | There needs to be some sort of way to report players within champ select. Posted: 09 Nov 2019 02:26 AM PST Why is it allowed that a person can hold an entire lobby hostage without consequences? It's currently around 2 am on NA, and I've ran into this individual not once, not twice, but literally three champ selects in a row. I know queue times are low, but all this was within the span of 20 minutes or so. This person is still out there forcing people to dodge queue, or play a game with a guaranteed inter. Can there not be a safeguard measure where all four other players vote that a player is trolling/ harassing the lobby? I feel as if after 10 years of this game, there should be some way to fight against this.
