    PSA (for the sake of the recent buffs): buying Liandry's Tornment + Frozen Heart on Amumu will PERMANENTLY activate the increased max health per second burn on ANY ability he uses.

    Somehow the Frozen Heart aura (15% cripple/attack speed slow for all nearby enemies) is coded as a "movement-impaired debuff".

    It means the item is PERMANENTLY activating Liandry's increased (2.5% insteat of 1.5%) max health per second burn on ANY ability Amumu uses because 1) your Q and R are cc abilities and 2) W and E have a range lower than 700 units (Frozen Heart aura range).

    So you don't have to buy Liandry's in combination with Rylai's to benefit from the permanent increased burn on your W. Sure it's handy to have a permanent movement speed slow on top of it but if you feel you need more tankiness and still want the extra damage this is an alternative.

    It's too bad that he doesn't appear to be Vastayan but he looks pretty cool regardless. (He's half Vastayan)

    Edit: They must REALLY be pushing for a boy band skin line for the end of this year with Aphelios and Sett.

    Edit: His abilities are somewhat teased on Instagram on the post showcasing the new Mecha Kingdoms skin line, alongside Jax, Garen, Leona, and Draven.

    Riot actually thought people played Poro King for the Poro King

    When we all knew it was to pick your own champ on Howling Abyss. Making it so we get random champs for Poro King removes the entire hype around this game mode imo.

    As someone who hardly plays ARAM I was stoked to play this mode until I read that I couldn't choose my own champ, now I probably won't play. Unfortunate that they aren't in touch with what players actually want in rotating game modes.

    Edit: I'm not saying the Poro King aspect is bad— just that I liked being to draft fun wombo combo comps with my friends instead of being assigned a champ I don't care to play.

    Edit 2: Guys I just want to say I love Riot they have made and perfected my favorite game, this post is just a small quip I had— I just wanted some sort of explanation for the change. Also I understand that I don't speak for EVERYONE, but clearly others also see this as a bad change. (Again that they didn't explain) (And thanks for the gold!!)

    On sett's universe page, it says his dad is an infamous Noxus pit fighter - which Draven is. Draven is even on sett's related champion tab. So, that probably means Draven hooked up with a vastayan and had a kid he abandoned. Sounds like Draven

    Friendly reminder to the bot lane: Dragon control is more important than taking a plate on your first tower.

    If you can get drag FOR FREE after a successful early gank, please rotate with your jungler rather than using that opportunity for a plate or 2. Drags determine games and you can put off plate gold for FREE stat boosts. This is mostly in reference to the early stages after the first dragon just spawned and your jungler may not be able to safely take it by themself yet.

    Waiting until the enemies push you off the tower before rotating can end with a stolen dragon and a dead jungler.

    Edit: For the love of RNGsus... Junglers, dont forget to help shove the wave before heading to drag.

    Yes. We aspire to run a game mode every event going forward, and if there is one, it will reward tokens for the event.

    Some improvements mentioned by Xenogenic regarding event passes:

    The Event Pass will come with 20 milestone missions, up from 5 in previous events. With those come many more rewards for you on your journey to getting the prestige skin (or whatever else you're after)

    We're trying something new with Win of the Day, since it's the holiday season and people are busy. We're trying "Wins of the Week" missions that let you do them on your schedule. Example: Win 7 games or play 14, with a week to complete it. These are ALSO chained which means you have the entire event to complete all 4 of the weekly wins missions. Even if you miss a week, that mission will still be there when you get back.

    The tokens rewarded for daily wins are increased from 18 to 28 (well, a bit more). Weekly wins give 200 tokens

    The total tokens from Weekly Wins are 940 - almost half of the prestige skin. Given the flexibility of when you can do these and the increase in rewards, we expect the grind will feel meaningfully reduced to get Prestige skins - let us know how you feel about that!

    So, I couldn't find images of his kit and decided to log in to PBE myself to check him out. here's an album with images of his kit, including passive. He definitely feels somewhat fun and I don't even like his style of play. Basically, his passive is called Pit Grit and his second attack (with his right hand) deals more damage and is faster + he gains health regen for each 5% missing hp. His Q is called Knuckle Down and when he activates he gain movement speed towards enemies and his next two AA deal more damage. The rest of his kit is more complicated so it's better to check the album.
