Remake At 1:30 instead of 3 mins Posted: 29 Mar 2020 06:49 AM PDT I don't get why we need to wait until 3 mins for a remake. If your jungler doesn't connect when the buffs spawn he'll be way behind and you basically lose because of that. Stopwatch should be removed from the game. Posted: 29 Mar 2020 07:01 AM PDT I don't think it's as much of an issue for solo q, because fights are far more frequent and a single stopwatch generally won't decide games, but in pro play it's honestly just annoying as hell. It makes fights so damn predictable, because the team with more stopwatches win. It's to the point where it's more important than gold leads, because if you lose a fight, blow stopwatches, and even if you've otherwise kept the gold mostly even with macro and objectives, you are at a huge disadvantage the next fight. The enemy team can just recklessly run in, throw out their abilities, play agro, play frontline, get focussed, stopwatch at low health, then flash out, and the next player can repeat the process, preventing anyone from getting dying while the enemy team no longer has the luxury of doing the same. It takes away the risk vs reward players often have to make, and a big reason why comeback fights from behind are so much more rare, when your support Naut, top lane Ornn, and jungle Sej can engage, zone, lose most of their health, and just stopwatch then flash before they die. I think the item should just be removed from the game, or at very least from item builds like GA and Stoneplate. Make the gold cost a real risk vs reward choice, instead of just a game changing item that you will eventually build into a really strong full item anyways. Players are already are rebuying it after upgrading if they haven't used it anyways, so obviously they think the item is easily worth the 650 gold alone. submitted by /u/Pequeno_loco [link] [comments]
