    Why do so many players write "lol, you are hardstuck plat" - is it so bad to be (only?) in the top 5-7% of all players?

    Very often players write that when they flame. They check op.gg and laugh when u stuck in plat for a few seasons. I am "hardstuck" between P4-P3 since 2017. But for me its cool to be so high. I dont think I will ever get to Dia but for a casual player it's nice to know that I am top 5-7%.

    What do u think about that?

    Should those players be "ashamed" - it iritates me. I just write "not everyone can get to Diamond"

    As of now there has been no word of MSI being cancelled but I think the smartest move for riot is cancelling MSI and putting all event work into making sure worlds 2020 can happen in china.

    Jin Air Greenwings finish 7th in Challengers Korea, and now have to play in the Promotional Tournament for Challengers.

    With today's loss against Elemental Mystic, Jin Air Greenwings finish 7th below OZ Gaming, and now have to play in the promotional tournament for Challengers Korea.

    This means that they obviously can't make it to LCK, since this was the last promotional tournament, unless the company decides to buy out a franchising spot, which seems extremely unlikely considering how little support Jin Air has given its LoL team. In addition, if they lose to the two amateur teams that'll also qualify for the promotional tournament, they'll be kicked out of Challengers, probably signalling the end of this historied company in League of Legends.

    Why can diana in minute 36 3 shot our nexus ? I just played a game we got stomped and they won because diana and karthus can do a necus tirret without minions and Diana 3 minutes later oneshots the nexus. How is this even balanced ?

    Mages deal more turret dmg than any adc or splitpusher. Why pick fiora when Ryze can push better and faster while he can come to join the team ? Also pls nerf this dmg, why can a mage 3 shot tower inhib or nexus, completely stupid.

    And btw it negates the argument Adc are needed for objectives and to take turrets. No they dont.

    Statikk Shiv is mainly a Marksman Item but nowadays I see nobody using this item but a few Yasuo players. It has the same amount of Crit and Movement Speed as the other Zeal Items but has 5% more Attack Speed, the Energizer Passive also seems pretty good in Teamfights and for clearing Waves. Do people really not value that?

    Most Adc's take Rapid Firecannon, is the range that Item provides that good? Some Adc's will take a Phantom Dancer instead wich I also like a lot, Movement Speed and a Shield that's just great!

    The few Champions who do buy Runaans like Varus, Jinx, Twitch or someone that's more relevant like Aphelios take it because of the synergy that it has with their passives and kits. Runaans also has much better Wave Clear.

    I always pick it up on Champions like Tristana or Cait when I'm autofilled Botlane (and especially while playing Tristana Midlane because I main Mid)

    So why do people not buy the Item anymore?

    The whole “I see a smurf in almost every one of my games” complaint is unfounded and statistically impossible

    I've been seeing a lot of people complaining about smurfs in their games and I've always thought these posts were ridiculous, first off people in low elo and even some mid elos tend to complain about trivial things that don't seriously impact the game very often, they focus too heavily on individual matches and how other people are playing rather than on themselves and how they can improve over most of their matches, this often leads to people blaming stuff like, the meta, bad teammates, lag, and, yes, smurfs

    Secondly, it is pretty much impossible to get a smurf in every single one of your games, or even in every other one of your games, whether it be that you're in gold and you think you're getting a ton of smurfs in your games, or whether it be you're diamond and you think there are smurfs in all your games, it literally doesn't happen, because rn the amount of players in plat+ is almost half of the players in gold alone, not adding on silver and bronze, and the amount of people in masters+ is like almost a tenth of the people in diamond, it is totally impossible for you to have a player in an elo higher than yours in every one of your games, nor in every other, and not even in every 10 or 20 games

    Thirdly, I can't make this post without addressing the people who think that smurfing is somehow morally wrong and unhealthy for the game, now these people make a lot more sense than the other people not this list, their argument is a lot more coherent, smurfing is bad and is not good for the game and riot has said that they don't want smurfs so why do they allow streamers to smurf on stream in front of thousands of people and basically just let them make money off of breaking the rules, but at the same time, why the fuck do you care? There is like no reason for riot to start cracking down on smurfing, because like I said before it basically has no impact on the game, and while you can say that smurfing is bad and people who smurf should be punished, why is it bad, what about it is like objectively a wrong thing to do, I seriously don't understand that
