    Please, for the love of god. I understand that many of you are unable to control your emotions during a good old match of League, but this is beyond crazy, this is legitimately dangerous. Ingesting a large amount of hand sanitizer will not 'expunge the toxicity inside of one's [your] body."

    I see it in every single lobby. "Aw man, there I go again blaming a complicated series of misplays on a single element or player I have doubts about. I better go ahead and pop the cap off this lysol. Glug glug haha, toxicity mode byebye..." WHAT? This is not a solution. You will get very sick and your loved ones will need to call Poison Control, or worse. Is it really worth the risk just to maintain the positive vibes of a forty-minute match?

    I'm very upset with this entire community. You all fucking know better. So, so disappointed.

    Instead of drinking disinfectant, I implore you to consider other natural remedies like meditations, speaking your feelings, or even simply breathing. I love League of Legends but if playing it means I continue to silently endorse this new trend, I am done. I will not have that on my conscience. Goodbye.

    Alan here, former CTO at U.GG. As of last night, I was promoted to a new title. I'm now CGO (Chief Garbage Officer) - yes, that's a promotion here at U.GG. We take our garbage seriously. Part of why we got into this in 2018 was because we thought the lol sites out then were garbage. We've finally become the thing we swore to destroy.

    On the real, Riot August raises some very good points, especially when filters narrow the data size:

    IMO it feels off when data sites are presenting things with low sample size as "real." I'll have people telling me "look at how broken 59% winrate Ivern is at master+" and then I see the data they're referencing has only 120 games.

    While we can't control the sample size there, we agree it's our responsibility to represent the data correctly. We plan on implementing a disclaimer when the filters lower the match count (think Ivern in Masters+) cautioning the low sample size.

    We'll try our best to do our part. Now all of you redditors do yours - play those games and get the high elo sample size up. How are there this many reddit Challengers and this few Masters+ games?

    I am not an artist. I quickly photoshopped a picture of real coral just to give a visual. Her ultimate is made of rocks but I thought it would be super cool (and it would match her model and also not look too similar to Samsung Taliyah's ult) if her ultimate was coral!

    Rumor on why JackeyLove left IG, missed most of regular season, and signed with TES right before playoff

    Source: https://weibo.com/1826792401/IEQWL75a6 According to IG's CEO on Weibo, JackeyLove's cousin act as his agent during offseason and almost ruined JackeyLove's career along with many others'.

     

    JackeyLove wanted to stay with IG. His cousin convinced him to explore options. His cousin then asked owners to bid each other. His cousin had him signed a contract of intention with RNG. Penalty on default is 10 million CNY. TES, EDG and IG were in talk with JackeyLove but no one wanted to pay 10 mil on top of normal salary. Owners hated this idea and agreed that nobody negotiated with JackeyLove and his cousin. His cousin took the deposit then JackeyLove was left with nobody willing to sign him.
    TES wasn't doing so great with their rookie AD and signed JackeyLove very late into regular season.

     

    In the aftermath caused by his cousin:
    1. JackeyLove left IG. Missed most of regular season.
    2. IG.Y(IG's academy team)'s midlaner Forge, who's supposed to be Rookie's replacement when he fulfill his mandatory military service, is traded to VG for Puff and Southwind.
    3. IG.Y's bot duo got split up because the young prodigy support, reheal(fate), was supposed to be promoted to IG and play alongside JackeyLove. He is now sitting on bench, guarding the water fountain for this year. 4. IG.Y's bot laner huanfeng was traded to SNG.
    5. RNG's Ming, another talented support player, thought JackeyLove was coming to RNG and signed 3 year with RNG, who is now stuck with a mediocre team. (Uzi can't play for an extended period of time due to injury.)

     

    IG's CEO said it's more spicy than what we know so far. He will post if he have time.

    In Jinx's original kit design, each of her basic abilities caused her to swap weapons—much like the way Udyr switches forms—and her ultimate changed based on which gun she was holding. This ended up feeling pretty boring to play because you were almost exclusively right-clicking on things the entire game. "It just didn't feel like she had enough fun buttons to press," August says.

    This is the same kit concept Aphelios has with exception to his ultimate and ammo mechanic. Given Aphelios is (slightly) more than right-clicking, modern technologies must have allowed for what Riot believes to be 'fun buttons to press' within this type of kit which gave it the green light in 2019.

    Played some co-op beginner games to complete my missions in a stress free-way, and encountered this guy that thought i play like a god (i'm only gold) and asked for some advices.

    Told him to farm, don't force fights, what advices i could think about, and then i told him about keeping his calm and to mute people that are rude, or he can use /fullmute all if most people are raging. He then asked me what the command did and probably typed the command in chat. I told him what it does but he couldn't see what i wrote because he muted everyone. I was laughing so hard, poor guy thought i was ignoring him :(. I told him post-game what it did and I added him.

    I've just played 6 games in a row with at least one teammate doing his first ranked ever. I'm in silver. Opposing team was full gold and ex-plat.

    Hello guys,

    I'm not here to whine or anything but I'm trying to see (and understrand at the same time) if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

    I've taken a break from League for 3 years. I came back 1 month ago (lockdown ftw) and trained a bit before going ranked again. I had a few decent games and got back to silver 3. I had a ratio around 50%. But my last 6 games were just impossible to win.

    I've had, 6th times in a row, 1 or 2 player(s) in my team doing their first ranked and our opponents were full golds and even ex-plat. And by players doing their 1st rankeds ever, I mean EVER. Those guys had no idea what to build, where to go, how to play. I mean it's not even possible to get mad because it's clear that they just have nothing to do there. I could try as hard as I wanted this were just impossible games to carry as my "1st ranked" mates were getting destroyed by decently experienced opponents.

    What could explain that ? Is it just bad luck ? Or is it because I was a returning player ? It's hard to get up of a 6 loose streak and a win ratio who's down in hell. I'm trying to understand if there's a way to get out of that kind of matchmaking.
