    Nerfing conq by making it stack to 12 instead of 10 will only amplify its current problem, which is that champs with who can insta-stack with abilities that give 4+ stacks abuse it.

    Mark Yetter on twitter said that they are currently testing a nerf for conqueror by making conq stack up to 12 times but stack up for less every time so that you need more time to stack it, but without nerfing the damage of a fully stacked conq.
    This is with the intention of encouraging extended trades and nerfing burst champs who currently abuse conq by stacking it instantly. However I believe this will have the opposite effect, since the champs this will affect the least are the burst champs who abuse conq because of interactions with the abilities. In other words they are nerfing everyone except the champions they are specifically trying to nerf with this change. Here are some examples to prove my point:

    Garen spins a minimum of 7 times during his E, so he will still fully stack it really quickly, especially once he get triforce it won't make a difference since he will spin quicker and more times during the E.

    Talon has a few combo variations, but if he lands both parts of his W and follows up with a R-Q-AA he's also instantly at 12 stacks.

    Katarina's ult has a tick rate of 0.1666 seconds and lasts 2.5 seconds, assuming she has 4 stacks from Q-E, that means that she goes from needing 0.5 seconds to fully stack conq to a whopping 0.65 seconds. Literally unplayable.

    Renekton will get 12 stacks from E1-AA-W-Q-E2, which is already his bread and butter combo anyways.

    Master Yi will still be Master Yi.

    I'm not sure how Conq interacts with Wukong's clone, but regardless E-AA-Q gives 6 stacks and his ult has a tick rate of 0.25 seconds, and knocks up for 0.75 seconds. This means that he's at 12 stacks by the time you're back on the ground after his knock-up, and guess what he still has an R2 to abuse his fully stacked conq for some reason. The nerf changes nothing for him. 1

    Good Riven players won't really care because they will insta-stack with all her animation cancels, but this nerf might make Riven even harder to play and to learn for those who don't know the combos. Same goes for Irelia.

    The champs this nerf affects the most are the ones who already struggle to fully stack conq, like Illaoi and Aatrox, ranged champions like Draven and Ezreal, champs who take it situationally like GP, or champions FOR WHOM CONQUEROR WAS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED and with no quick stacking mechanic such as Sett, Jax, Darius, Fiora, Kled, Camille, Yasuo, Tryndamere and uuuh Udyr I guess? If it's bad enough it might even force some them (especially Aatrox and Jax) to go for grasp or PtA and ditch Conq permanently.

    Not sure how it would affect other conq users like Urgot (since he's ranged but still has his W to quickly stack), Yorick (because I've never played him and rarely play against him lol), or AP champs who take it but don't necessarily instantly stack it (like Cassio, Sylas, Diana, Akali or Singed). Someone who's more knowledgeable about these champs is more than welcome to tell me how they think they would be affected!

    This nerf will be a huge failure if it goes live IMO as it is not specific to the champs who abuse conq through their kit. A better approach would be to cap the amount of stacks you can get per second, so that you can't get 10/12 stacks in less than a second. I think 4 stacks per sec would be a great change that would force some abusers off conq without forcing it off of champs who don't have abilities or combos that can give 4+ stacks in 1 second.

    I believe a better solution to this problem is to cap the amount of stacks you can get in a given time. For instance a maximum of 4 stacks per second would make bursty champs like Katarina and Rengar less likely to want this rune, and reduce the oppressiveness of Garen and Wukong without completely forcing them off the rune. However, it would be a nerf for players who mastered quick combos on champions who dont necessarily have an ability that abuses the rune, mainly Riven, Irelia and Fiora. It would also feel bad to need 2.5 seconds to stack it late game while playing champs who have tons of CDR and/or atk speed at lvl 18 such as Yi, Yasuo and Trynd (but maybe most of us would see this as a good thing lmao). A different solution to avoid that while nerfing conq abusers could be to remove interactions where a single keypress can give you 4+ stacks, like Renekton W, Garen E and Wukong R.

    But what do I know, I don't have 200 years of experience.

    1 I don't know about you guys, but as I'm writing this I'm noticing a pattern. The champs who abuse conq are some of the champs that we as a community have complained the most about in S10, namely Wukong, Katarina, Garen and Talon. Rly makes u think don't it.

    EDIT: I was wrong about Kata and Talon, their abilities only give 2 stacks. Apparently only Garen E and Wukong R are coded this way. However I just verified in practice tool that ignite and Gunblade do give two stacks each, so it is still very easy to get to 12 stacks as Kata, especially if you use your E on the champion instead of on your dagger if the enemy champ is on the dagger as that will give you 4 stacks instead of 2. However Talon is maybe one of the assassins who will be hit harder by this conq nerf since I was wrong about how conq stacks on his W.

    I don't think darius is overpowered, clear weaknesses in scaling and being camped.

    Still incredibly unfun to be run down by the ghost darius and just not get to play the game for ages.

    He is one of the big offenders of riot refusing to do large champion balance changes for ages, he has had 52%+ win rate forever, and is incredibly easy to play.

    Already put a longer post of this on Twitter, with my usual post of wanting Raptor Cloak back.But let's be honest, Why is Conqueror Litterally fulfilling the Goal of these 2 old runes?!!?Why it being used by Assassins, Junglers and a lot of Mages?Because it does too much, You stack dmg, adaptively AND Heal... Just pick one, you can't have both.

    Balance wise, atleast if the new Warlords proc condition or numbers is too high, You can nerf and make it harder to proc or lower the healing amount etc.

    Same sht with Fervor of Battle, Lower it's uptime so it expires sooner, or the amount of stacks, or have it's individual stacks give less stats, but once you proc it or stay in battle for a while it gives something decent.

    You can even make Warlord only be proc-able through Spells or Autos, same with Fervor.Or make Warlord be Omnivamp then change it into Spellvamp & Lifesteal, Or like the old one, when you're low your Lifesteal stat goes up, So many ways to balance it this way and not worry about it stacking aswell.

    As for Fervor of Battle, it'll be safer to just make it Auto based only cause Otherwise it'll be flawed between Trynd being able to use it, But Renekton presses W and Q proccing it instantly.Or have spells count towards 1 Proc and Autos toward 2. There's ways to balance things.

    Also, Random but... Can Raptor Cloak's passive be made into a unique HP item and have it build into Deadmans and Righteos Glory? Or just have Raptor Cloak and have it build into DMs.

    The excuse that it's one item building into ONLY one other item is invalid IMO, because Stopwatch only builds into 2, So if you just make a unique item or make Deadmans and RG build out of one item with the raptor cloak passive, then it's the same deal here.

    A lot of people agreed on twitter and liked it, so want to see what yall think (Not going to link it cause I'll probly need to make this post longer so the Twitter post can be posted on this subreddit..)

    Just gonna edit here, to say that I like the discussions so far and I want to make it clear, I"m not saying bring back Fervor & Warlords I'm saying Rework Conq into Fervor & Warlords.

    Meaning they should be more balanceable and not problematic and be runes for extended fights.Just so I don't repeat myself in the comments any longer, these are what my ideas were, I just want balance again, you can only stack these runes off Champions, so that should say something...

    Fervor of Battle

    • Gives similar Stacking Buff as Conqueror, up to 20 stacks
    • Each Stack is lower and only kick in around the halfway or once proc'd
    • Melee - Gain two stacks per auto, 1 per spell | Ranged - Gain 1 stack per Auto, 1 per spell, Less Duration
    • Goal is so you don't have a short trade and instantly proc it or win, but you still gain stats while not proccing it but not enough that the enemy can't catch up while being AS/AA based or has a lot more spells.
    • So both AA and Spell based users can use this and maybe proccing it can give something special outside just stats, maybe.

    Warlord's Bloodlust

    • Same proccing and stacking system as Fervor of Battle
    • Gives a low amount of Spellvamp & Lifesteal and becomes Omniheal once proc'd
    • Healing % is way lower than Conqueror due to Domination tree having other healing runes
    • Goal is to take this for sustain from the Rune and the tree for sustain based champions while still not being too OP, by keeping the healing from the rune lower than Conq's but extending a fight with this rune is rewarding for basically becoming Rhaast (Red Kayn), Maybe adding a slight true dmg buff once proc'd could help if you gut it's healing more.

    Also Fervor may just Kill PTA as a Keystone, and if healing really is too much maybe removing it should just be the call for it or just lower the cost of Bramble and Excutioner's, make the anti heal scale up per lvl and just maybe add an AP version of thornmail for when there's a lot of healing, but you need MR aswell.

    Again I miss Raptor Cloak, just have it build into Deadmans atleast, it only makes sense.

    Is that assassin with domination running ravenous hunter or ultimate hunter? Is that adc with precision running presence of mind or coup de grace? Is that 'squishy' support running bone plating or overgrowth? Sure, you can often figure it out just by paying attention but it feels like when you,realise, it's too late. That feeling when you lose a duel you thought you could win with a sliver of health and you go "Oh, he had ravenous hunter" or when you think you can burst someone and go "Oh, he had bone plating". This sometimes valuable information should be on the scoreboard or even in the loading screen. It's too impactful to just be hidden.

    Is ppgod the best support in LPL history?

    After this weeks match, I believe there is a chance ppgod is the best support to ever play in the LPL.

    Currently, he has never lost an LPL match. If he keeps this up, he will have a better winrate than Lvmao, Crisp, and Ming.

    Also, ppgod hard carried V5 to their first BO3 win in a year!

    It might not be a hot take after everyone sees this information, but the V5 will win back to back to back Worlds with the new LPL hyper-carry ppgod.

    Why not give Yasuo's wind wall a projectile blocked limit?

    For a long time now Yasuo has always been a very, controversial, let's say, champion in league. By which I mean tons of people hate him because it feels awful to play against him. However the proposed changes coming in 10.12 doesn't seem to address the problem, that is wind wall itself, and not its cool down. The concept of wind wall is fine, just not the implementation. The source of frustration lies in the fact it nullifies the existence of champions that use projectile abilities for the entirety of the duration. Say Yasuo dashes through your casters then throw the wall in your face, or he just throws it in the adcs general direction in a team fight, the adc had no choice but to wait it out doing nothing or walk a long way around it.

    And that's good, that's the sort of battlefield controlling abilities that make Yasuo special. So instead of continuously nerfing its cool down as if that'd the problem, how about just give it it's own hp, in the form of projectiles it can block? Which of course will go up as the ability is leveled. This would provide counterplay for champions that know they have enough projectiles to break through it to stand their ground, or have multiple enemy champions use their spells to break it in a team fight. This opens up an interesting counterplay to his wind wall that has always been a source of frustration without constantly just increasing its cool down while actually not addressing the issue.

    The League client should have some sort of feature to listen to all the music Riot has made over the years

    I was just thinking this morning that it'd be really nice if there was a tab in the client to listen to all the amazing music Riot has put out over the years. I know there are ways to do it through soundcloud or youtube and that sort of thing but it'd be neat to have it a part of the same client. I just like the idea of listening to DJ Sona music or the Bilgewater theme while waiting to get into a game/while in game.

    Obviously to do that we'd need a less buggy/optimized client first and probably several other fixes/changes should come need addressing more and that sort of thing but it just an idea I was ruminating about and wanted to share since I don't think I've seen any suggestion like that. Maybe it could be tied to a lore page or something as well.

    What do you guys think? What would you like to see as extra tabs on the League client? More lore stuff? Music? Pro stats? In client stream of pro games?

    It was just an idea guys. I understand that overall there's a lot of issues with the client that need to be addressed first. All I wanted to do was bring up ideas/discussion of what could be cool to have. No need to be so negative about it all and point to other applications in which you can do a similar thing. While it's not likely that Riot would ever add something like this to the client, it's still nice to discuss neat possibilities.

    Big fan of PROJECT: and Star Guardians skinlines but I believe that those guys need a break, PROJECT: Reckoning and Star Guardians S3 Light and Shadow were disappointing and were lacking soul that original skins had, my hopes for PROJECT: Jinx were met with refund and my purchase of PROJECT: Akali were met with slight sadness since it didn't hit the mark while Star Guardians S3 were very underwheling in my opinion, still bought Xayah's border bundle but this skin could be so much more, also Zoe holds title of worst Star Guardian skin in my opinion. But I have to give credit to PROJECT: Pyke and Irelia for being good skins from Reckoning event and Neeko for being good Star Guardian skin in Season 3 - those guys are true to the soul of those skin line. As we know right now there bunch of other skin lines around right now like Astronauts and Coven, I am hopimg for new Steel Valkyries and/and Odyssey/Battle Academia skins instead of Star Guardians and PROJECT:
