    TIL you can have up to 89,164% Cooldown Reduction on your ultimate in a Summoner's Rift game. This means that you can use you R almost twice as often as in URF.

    To achieve 89.164% ult cdr, you need:

    Ally:

    • Ornn (to have an upgraded Mythic item)

    Runes:

    • Ultimate Hunter (25% Ultimate CDR)
    • Transcendence (10 Ability Haste)
    • Ability haste rune shard (8 Ability Haste)

    Items:

    • Draktharr's Shadowcarver or Liandry's Lament or Starcaster Starcaster (25 Ability Haste + 25 from Mythic Bonus)
    • Vigilant Wardstone (40 Ability Haste)
    • Cosmic Drive (30 Ability Haste)
    • Navori Quickblades (30 Ability Haste)
    • Black Cleaver (25 Ability Haste)
    • a 20 Ability Haste Item (e.g. Zeke's Convergence)

    Buffs:

    • Blue Buff (10 Ability Haste)
    • 4 Cloud Drakes (4*10% Ultimate CDR)

    This gives a total of 10+8+(25+25)+40+30+30+25+20+10 = 223 Ability haste. Even though the ingame tool tip says that Cloud Drakes give 10 Ultimate Ability Haste, they actually give 10% Ultimate CDR (according to wiki and my tests). Also, the CDR from Ultimate Hunter and from the Cloud Drakes stacks additively (according to wiki and my tests).

    So, in total, our cooldown is reduced by 1 - (100/(100+223))*(1-(0.25+0.4)) = 0.89164... = 89.164%.

    To show that this is indeed correct, I tested it in practice tool. Unfortunately, I have 5 Ability Haste less, because I can't have an Ornn on my team. This means, that I only have 88.99...% CDR. I tested it with Morgana, who has 100s cooldown on level 16 ultimate. In this screenshot, you can see that she has 11.01s cooldown, which confirms that her cooldown is reduced by 88.99%. Proof

    URF only gives you 80% cdr (but on all abilities). So Morgana's R would have a cooldown of 20s.

    To show how absurd 89.164% cdr is, here are a few examples for level 16 ultimates:

    • Lux: 4.33 seconds
    • Karthus (together with Shen the longest cooldown at level 16): 17.34 seconds
    • Nasus: 13s (Because his ult lasts 15s, he could have permanent ult. Unfortunately, proabily in patch 10.22, they removed the interaction where he could gain basically unlimited armor and mr https://youtu.be/K1oH3HSYv_8 )
    • Teemo: 2.17s recharge time (Because a shroom lasts 300s, he could have 138 shrooms on the map; in URF the maximum amount of shrooms is limited to 20 afaik)
    • Tryndamere: 9.75s (Because his ult last 5 seconds, he's basically unkillable half of the time)

    The black market brawlers gamemode was my favorite event mode Riot ever released and I think everybody forgot about it

    I swear no one of my friends remembers that gamemode. It was there during the bilgewater gamemode in 2015 when Gangplank died in the lore. It was a lot of fun because it introduced new items to the game that had many fun interactions and you could upgrade your minion wave i think with silver coins or something you got for kills and assists.

    I would really love for it to come back sometime as a rotating gamemode because somehow it was forgotten like many other gamemodes (Dark Star, Nemesis Draft, Ascension etc. just to name some) and I think it would be interesting with the new items + those fun items from black market brawlers.

    Monster Champions like Rek'Sai have not been getting much love because Riot claims "they don't sell", with our last two being Yuumi and Lillia, both on the "cutesy" end of the spectrum. Honestly, I find that a bit disappointing.

    EDIT: Many people have cited that one of the reasons that monster Champions don't do well is because of skins. Obviously, Rek'Sai can't have a K/DA skin, but someone like Rell could plausibly have a TD skin. While that makes sense, it goes to show that Riot needs to get more creative with their monster Champions.

    Having too many humanoid Champions makes things stale, and I say Riot shouldn't be limiting themselves to 1 monster per year. There's plenty that can be done with non-humanoid Champions.

    If I need to put forth a couple of good examples from Heroes of the Storm, there's Deathwing and Hogger. Neither is human (though Hogger is an anthro), and both are GREAT additions to the game. Hogger is basically what you get if you add the Tazmanian Devil to the game, while Deathwing is probably the ultimate expression of what a Dragon hero should be like. Powerful, unstoppable, and so damn awesome. Very unlike Shyvana, Aurelion Sol, or the drakes on Summoner's Rift, who are much less epic. There are plenty of other non-humanoid examples in HotS too, such as Mephisto, Probius, Dehaka, etc.

    Of course, that's just examples I'd like to see. If you were to want more monster Champions, what direction would you go in?

    I'd go with the Deathwing direction, personally. A big, badass dragon that isn't some half-breed or planetoid. Maybe make an undead one, a Dracolich, to make it unique compared to the drakes.

    As for another option, how about a huge swarm of Void-like insects bound under a single consciousness? Something akin to D'Vorah from Mortal Kombat or the Hunters from Halo.

    As a third option, how about something akin to Azmodan in HotS? His kit is very unique, his design is unique, and though he's technically a demon he fits the non-humanoid category.

    PSA: Item stats like Luden's damage or Renewer's healing reset to 0 when Ornn upgrades them

    Title. I had an Ori on my team who had dealt 0 damage with Luden's on level 16 when I checked, which I thought was weird, since Luden's was her first item. Turns out Ornn upgrades had reset it back all the way to 0.

    It seems like there's some bug with auto-attacks.

    You can see in the clip that Sneaky begins his auto-attack at max range and then it gets cancelled by Alistar just walking (Which has never existed in league)

    Spirit visage is 100g more expensive and heals for 5% less. it also gives 15 less MR while yes. now it affects shielding. just not many champions shield it was a good standalone item now you need to combo it with a bunch of items to get a worthwhile value out of it.

    and then we have force of nature. the item isn't awful but isn't as good as the removed adaptive helm. the stats it gives are 100% efficient at max stacks which is meh considering usually stacking items are expected to exceed efficiency

    they also managed to somehow make maw of malmortious worse even tho it was bad already. the shield is bigger I won't argue but the item lost the bonus ad spell vamp and lifesteal. which was really the reason you bought it.

    especially since void staff path is so nice now getting magic pen component. yeah MR items are pretty rough. except for wits end that one is nice.

    abyssal mask got the worst hit, no more health on casts. no more mana. totally inefficient unusuabl passive if you dont have hard cc to apply it over and over

    update: and death dance doesn't even give MR anymore. and it only reduces physical damage, they keep removing source of magic damage mitigation. while buffing magic pen and items.
