| Posted: 29 Jan 2021 11:49 PM PST I just faced an eve top as jax. She started cull and somehow I got my ass handed to me. Her waveclear was unreal and then she just hit 6, roamed, and whenever she came back to lane, she was invisible the whole time. Troll picks always throw me off because I'm not used to the champion, but I felt like I should have been able to do something, but I just wasn't. Plus, when she's out of combat, she regens like crazy. I felt completely helpless. How do I deal with troll picks, especially like this one? [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 30 Jan 2021 12:45 PM PST Hey, Ive got a problem in the top lane. I was jgl main and recently I got interessted in top lane, because I was watching an ex german pro player. His name is tolkin and he is a very strong top laner in my opinion, so I tried to learn a lot through his gameplay. Now to my main problem. I know how to last hit, how to manage the wave, how to help the team out and know my role in the match with the champ I picked or what our weakness are, BUT I get easily pressured, because I want to be strong in game, so I can push my games to a win. The main problem is, that I overestimate myself or the enemy and I know I have to play more to learn it, but is there another way to learn to play in lane vs against some Champs precisely. I just finished a 40 min game with Camille and the Garen I was playing against did more total true dmg than me (not true dmg to champions). He did a total of 46,808 true dmg. What's the problem with Yasuo? Sure his shield is a bit annoying and his knockup too but there are so many worse spells for example Pyke's hook or Master Yi's q. Any tips/guides on how to play around these types of champs? I've learned to play around zed as Annie and neeko pretty well, but when it comes to champions like fizz, yasuo, and yone, I somehow just get shit on. My friends tell me to just farm under tower but I fall so behind in cs doing that and it feels like useless advice when they can just tower dive me and be on their way. | How do I want to play the lane as Draven? Posted: 30 Jan 2021 10:50 AM PST This post is asking for more advanced concepts not just "draven stronk throw axe". How do I want to manage the wave to best make use of my early strength? Do I try to freeze and go for all ins? Do I constantly try to slowpush and crash for short trades under enemy tower? Fastpush constantly for axe poke? How do I even control the wave while having to keep my axes up? I can only keep them up so long by pressing q again before I have to throw one at a creep. Am I even that strong early, or is it better to wait until I have some AD and a couple of levels under my belt to abuse my Q AD scaling? I'm often told about his level 2 spike but I feel I always lose level 2 unless my support is the one who takes initiative and not me. What do I do after I take tower and have an advtange? Move top/mid and try to dive and take tower with my laner? Stay in lane and try to continue to push my advantage so the enemy ADC cant keep up? Also how do I play him later in teamfights? Do I truly sit back just like other ADCs or is Draven a special case where I want to play slightly closer to the enemy? I feel like if I can't snowball then my teamfighting is shit. | What to do when my support leaves bottom? Posted: 30 Jan 2021 12:39 PM PST I literally lost lane because of this. I was playing Jhin and my support was thresh. I walked to lane and thresh went mid/ top and I was farming under tower. Veigar then puts his trap down, uses all of his abilities + ult, Morgana stuns me and I die. I get up, walk back to lane, and thresh is still sitting mid and top. I ask him to assist me and he's still there. My lane wasn't lost before he started going mid( incase you were wondering if that's why he was there) Then it was lost when he stopped coming bottom. Me and veigar were both equal but it's hard to do anything without a support and 2 stuns on the enemy laner. [link] [comments] |
| Jungle - how to help my Bot Lane in solo q? Posted: 30 Jan 2021 01:41 PM PST After my placements I got placed in silver 2. In a new player and I enjoy jungle the most. I went through all my recent ranked matches and I found that overwhelming majority of losses were because of my bot lane getting absolutely stomped. Now - 1 or 2 bad games might just be luck (or lack thereof) but I'm seeing a pattern here. I feel like I lose too many games just because of the bot lane. I always try to gang when there's a chance but I guess that's not enough. What can I do to help my bot lane once I notice that they're starting to feed? Any tips and tricks for bot lane ganking pls? I know I'm not playing perfect but every game feels like I have to hard carry because one of my laners loses. Does my low winrate affect the people I get in queue with? Could I just be unlucky? It's for tempo, it's for strange spawn timers, i don't know and I tilt so much when they ping me for TAKING HP BACK. No one of my friends know why you do this and they do it because "everyone do it". So, I have been playing LoL since August/September and I've improved a bit in time. My biggest problem has been farming until recently and now that I am a bit better at that, I am looking to learn more about items. I am pretty clueless when it comes to this aspect of the game. I am using whatever items the shop is recommending me, but using the same build each and every game doesn't always work out. So I'm wondering how I can adapt the build that I'm using for different opponents. I would like to learn about that so I'm open to advice, thank you! PS. I should mention that recently I've decided that I'm Leona main and I also play Jhin or Tristana pretty often these days. Im main support don't know if the role count and another thing that I noticed is that ranked seems scripted.... | Question about secondary runes for Kled Mid Posted: 30 Jan 2021 12:04 PM PST So I have been playing Kled Mid to huge success by copying a Koreans player build: https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/summoner/kr/스+칼 but I don't know what thought process he has when changing the secondary runes, he mostly takes Domination tree with Sudden Impact and Ravenous Hunter for the extra sustain and early damage for all-ins I suppose, but against certain matchups like Twisted Fate even tho Domination is still good, wouldn't Demolish be better for when he decides to roam you take turret plates if you don't have the option to chase? and second wind for the poke or Unflinching if they have a lot of cc? Also, I know kled doesn't thrive in late-game team fights, but in some games, this Korean player takes Sorcery with Absolute Focus and Gathering Storm, in what game is the Sorcery tree viable? For the moment since I can't think of when these other secondary options are viable I stick to Domination. [link] [comments] |

Now, i,m stuck in g4 for over 200 games. I keep being like win streak, then lose streak, then win streak and repeat. What am i doing wrong? I feel like nothing really matter in this game, if you are low elo, and especially if you are main supp, because no matter what you do, you will end loosing 19 out of 20 games because you have inters, afk, trolls, people unaware of the map, unable to use wards, late to prepare for objectives, unable to understand that if you are 3 levels below you should not jump into a 1v3 fight, and so on. It is a feedback system: you are low elo, you try, but you are with other low elo people, the total is the sum of the parts, so: defeat. I'm not saying that I'm an amazing player, I absolutely am not, but when I constantly end having more kills and less deaths than any other member of my team, I literally don't see the point. The system will not reward me or help me out of the swamp in any way. The only solution I can think of is changing position, and trying to carry, but I also saw so many games where I did ok, and we had a good carry, but the other 3 were just inting to hell and back, so not even the carry could escape the swamp. | What's the counter-play against Viego? Posted: 30 Jan 2021 03:31 PM PST I just played my 3rd or 4th game against the champion, every time he has been in a different role, which I guess isn't necessarily relevant, but this time he was playing ADC and I was playing support against him, as an Alistar with a Kai'sa. We killed the enemy support for first blood, and later got two more kills onto the Viego himself, so we had a pretty massive lead over their bot lane. But once a teamfight breaks out for the first dragon, he just walked in from lane, half health and wipes our team out. In every other team fight he just snowballed harder and harder and after 3 or 4 games against him I can safely say I have no idea what I'm supposed to do to stop him. It seems to me that he is either invisible, untargetable, dashing, or he is personally cc'ing me. I personally feel that he has way too much time spent being invulnerable during fights, but I don't just want this post to be "I think Viego is broken". I just don't understand what I'm supposed to do against him if he is always dodging out on my cc and damage by always being invulnerable. [link] [comments] |

I am a jungle main, and my main champions are graves kha zix evelyn kayn. I was wondering if there is any other jungle mains that are in diamond and could help coach me in games and overall help me get better at the game, i am a fast learner and keen to take advise.
