Debonair 2.0 is coming and it's time to give Zac his suit.

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 11:29 AM PST

Zac always had his voice line "I should get a suit" and since then people have talked about Debonair Zac and I think it's time for Zac to finally get his suit.

Debonair 2.0 is perfect for Zac.

It has green liquid effects on champions weapons its just perfect for him

heres a little shyvana trick that can come in very handy and catch your opponents by surprise!

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 07:35 AM PST

this is a very specific trick but i was able to surprise a lot of enemies with it.

basically when shyvana levels her ult for her first time, she instantly gets 100% rage.

now here is what you do... when you hit level 6, you skill NOTHING! if you hit level 7, you use one of your 2 skillpoints on anything but r. you keep that level 6 skillpoint up UNTIL there is a fight. the enemies will see your ragebar is empty and not expect a level 7 or 8 shyvana to suddenly jump from 0 to 100 rage and instantly transform into a dragon.

the element of surprise. i was called a hacker several times in all chat. its really fun and can catch enemies offguard.

    give it a try.

C9 played 17 games during the LCS LOCK IN tournament, almost as much as a regular LCS split

Looking at how much they improved during that 2 weeks I really think we can say 18 bo1 games arent enough for half a season.

According to op.gg we have 6 "RIP" champions

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 06:02 AM PST

Its so weird when Ziggs,Trundle,Veigar,Tahm, Kog, Amumu are not picked enought to have any stats about them on op.gg are in same game with Kai'sa who is literally picked in every second game. Riot adding more and more new champs, but league community can't grow that fast, so we stucking with situation when you have new fresh and flashy champs who receiving more love and attention than old ones, they really need to slow down with new champs and start to look at what they done, I am not ask to sudenly VGU +- 15-20 champs, just try to give them mini reworks and fix their problems(literally any champ with 1-2% pickrate on main position have problems like that). Look at Wu and Diana reworks in last season that made them a little bit healthly and waay poppular(at least works for Wu), why we can't have stuff like that instead of something like katarina rework that had no reason to exist?

Opinion: Mastery Emote is genuinely better to spam after dying than after making a good play.

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 12:30 PM PST

From my own point of view - while M6 and M7 are certainly impressive and worth being proud of - it's entirely better for the state of the match for a player (ally or enemy) to spam their mastery emote after an easily avoidable death than a 3v1 that they win.

(For the record here, I AM talking about spamming - not just one use. While one use may be "annoying", I personally don't really see an issue with it, 'cause it usually doesn't come of as rude, rather a self-pat on the back)

While it may be tempting to show off your mastery, especially after an impressive display of mechanical skill, in my opinion, spamming M6 and M7 comes off as pompous both for your team and especially the enemies that you just steamrolled. This can lead to an uninvested "really dude" attitude from your mates ('cause likely nobody on the team will think you're cool for that), and a tilted "you a**hole" attitude from the opposition. The latter might help you win the game, but at the cost of someone else's enjoyment, which isn't good for the state of the game in principle. And yeah, if they're super pissed, people can call them snowflakes, but at the same time, I think we can all agree it doesn't feel good get outplayed and then get M7'd 4 or 5 times.

Now, hear me out on THIS: you're engaging enemies, 2 on 1. You kill the first one, flawlessly. You engage the second, him at full health and you at half, and feel confident in your approach as you're a bit fed. He misses his CC ability and main damage tool, and then fails a flash over a wall, resulting in an easy kill for you. As you're walking away, you see the M7 symbol appear over his dead body. That's something that makes you laugh, and puts everyone in good spirits. It's an admission of, "While I may be good at this champ, damn did I just f*ck up." It's fun, it's courteous, and it gives everyone a good laugh, which is infrequent in the more competitive side of LoL.

    Anyone else agree?

There should be a survey given to people right after they dodge champ select

    Posted: 31 Jan 2021 09:16 PM PST

It would be cool to officially find out why people dodge.
    There could be options like:
    1. Bad team mates
    2. x held champ select hostage
    3. someone threatened to int someone from last game
    4. bad comp
    5. x amount of autofills
    6. I don't feel like playing anymore
    7. I had to go
    8. a lot of negativity in that champ select
    9. my champion got banned
    10. teammate(s) have really bad winrate on the champs they are playing
    11. enemy comp is just too op
    12. other (explain)
    etc etc.

For myself, I would say it is mostly #2 and #5.

It is really annoying when people dodge or have to dodge because usually they wait at the last second to see if someone else dodges, or someone also notices this game should be dodgeable so they pick disco nunu or something and the rest of the lobby has no idea if they're bluffing and will dodge, or they actually don't care and will play disco nunu. On top of that, when someone dodges, q pop will be instant, someone will decline, then you have to wait a few more minutes for queue, ontop of the 5 minutes in champ select.

Udyr is my main champion and I really love his playstyle and there are a few things I hope they preserve with the rework that I think really are part of what defines him.

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 09:54 AM PST

-His strong early game. He is one of the best tempo junglers and he excels at building a lead and keeping it.

-His simplicity. I have potato fingers and Udyr allows me a level of skill expression that I can't have with other champions. I like being able to run around and slap people and not have to worry about crazy mechanics that I'm not going to be able to master. But I also like to feel useful. It's been refreshing having Udyr back in meta but I think a lot of that is just because just like Olaf he's a stat check champion, which isn't "necessarily" the worst thing but it is flawed in some ways.

-Speed and running in and out of fights and being able to escape with speed from tons of situations. There is nothing more satisfying than running through enemy teams, stunning 3 people, dealing damage, and allowing your team to followup, then dodging out to reset. In a lot of ways he reminds me of the other "deer" character Lillia except tankier and more about cc rather than damage.

-Having a lot of fun build paths. I think it's really cool that his stances really allow him to build in really cool and different ways. You can be a monster tank with some decent damage who excels at teamfighting and setting up for your team which is basically the most recent build with chemtank and max phoenix. You can be a skirmishing fighter style with good damage and amazing split push potential (#gates!) going tiger and Divine Sunderer/Trinity Force. Or you could even go a bursty ap bruiser that one shots turrets and champions with Lich Bane. The possibilities are endless and I really feel like it is a big part of what defines him as a champion is that although he's simple, he's not one dimensional.

I'd love to hear what other Udyr mains would like to see preserved in his identity, gameplay or thematically. :)

Wouldn't It be cool to see If Kayn's name changes to Rhaast when He overcomes?

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 08:34 AM PST

In League of Legends, We all know what happens If Anivia gets into her passive, Gnar transforms to Mega Gnar or Lulu polymorphs a champion. Their name sticked right next to summoner's name changes.

It would be cool to see "Kayn" being "Rhaast" since It's what happens. Kayn is in an eternal suffering somewhere in darkness, It's just Rhaast in the control.

Also some respect to indiviuals, their name is not "Darkin" nor "Kayn". Their name is Rhaast.

If you use The Collector on Zac / Karthus passives, it ignores the revive and kills them outright.

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 04:31 PM PST

I died as Zac to a Jhin with Collector, had passive up, I just instantly died and my passive blobs connected with each other but I was already on a grey screen and the passive blobs just insta died when they all came together. This is game breaking and is not being talked about?

As a Udyr main, I am completely disgusted with this new rework [Satire]

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 04:35 PM PST

I have been a Udyr main for what seems like forever now. I remember watching him be a contested pick in the 2021 LCS Lock-In tournament and deciding to first time him in ranked for my gold promotion series. Good times.

After Riot had announced he was the winner of the VGU poll, I was totally baffled but remained optimistic. Some new texture packs can't hurt, right? Wrong. Udyr, or whatever the fuck this new champ is supposed to be, is unrecognizable as our old beloved mach 12 nascar stun bot. Like seriously, what was Riot thinking? Let me go over a few points that will leave you with no other option than to boycott this monstrosity of a rework.

    1. Why can't I upgrade my R level 1 anymore? How am I supposed to flex on others that I can have my ultimate at level 1 while they have to wait for their wittle wevel six. A big part of playing Udyr was asserting your dominance over your team members so that they knew to blindly follow your blazing speed no matter where it might lead you.
    2. You're telling me I have to AIM MY STUN now? WHY? Because it adds "skill expression"? You know what is skill? Being able to pat myself good job on the shoulder while right clicking everyone on the enemy team to stun them.
    3. Turtles are objectively better than armadillos. Everytime I press W now I have to remember I'm playing Udyr and not cosplaying Rammus. As if trying to focus on this new god forsaken "skillshot" wasn't already hard enough (see point 2). Give us our turtle stance back. #SaveTheTurtles
    4. Why is the new skin looking better than Spirit Guard? Do you know how much money I had to spend for that "Ultimate" skin? Now it barely looks any better than Rusty Blitzcrank. Meanwhile this new skin for him has more particle effects and variations than Elementalist Lux.
    5. "Udyr's" gameplay has become a lot more linear with less diversity. Rather than building literally any item on him, there's only like 2 (maybe 3 if you count moonstone) items that you can go without being labeled as a troll.

i really hope Riot considers reverting him. They have truly become out of touch with their player base otherwise.

TL;DR : Udyr has lost his identity. This is no longer the same champion. He sucks ass now.

EDIT: It seems that I'm a tad early. Regardless, this opinion will hold true. Points 1 through 5 may vary.

Which skinlines not in 1020 do you expect for 2021?

    Posted: 01 Feb 2021 08:58 AM PST

    Here are my guesses:

    Star Guardian

    Demacia Vice

    Day Job

    Arclight

    Arcade/Battle Boss

    Dragon World

    Dreadknights

    Kaiju

    Prehistoric Hunters

    Pentakill (Maybe)

    Something akin to Omega Squad

    Arctic Ops

    Dreadnova

    Toy Box

    And Dunkmaster

    That's it so far.

Edit: Dang it, it was supposed to be 2020. I type too fast.
