I find it interesting that riot haven't nerfed her already. Another interesting stat is that Camille has been number 1 or 2 highest pickrate toplaner for almost a year. Riot quietly increased FWotD mission reset from 20 hours to 22 hours Posted: 06 Feb 2021 06:01 AM PST During patch 7.23, Riot made the First Win of the Day mission easier to get for players by changing it to reset after 20 hours instead of 22 hours. This was an important change, especially since getting the mission every day was one of the main assumptions in Riot's calculations and graphs that showed that the new BE system was on par or better than the old IP system. This means that players have a good chance of getting the mission every day even if it took several games to get it the day before. On 2nd of February, Riot reverted back the reset duration from 20 hours to 22 hours. This disappointing nerf wasn't mentioned in the patch notes or anywhere else. Unless this change was accidentally made, we should at least get an explanation for why the First Win of the Day mission is getting nerfed. Edit: This change was not intentional according to /u/Bellissimoh We're doing some work to modernize some services that are extremely old and fragile. All of the Champions in the Coven Line Are Canonically Old Women Posted: 06 Feb 2021 01:29 PM PST I think this is something that people haven't totally realised, especially with how look some of them look. But think about it, right, even the youngest looking champs like Zyra or Morgana are actually a few hundreds years old. Zyra is just a meat puppet for some ancient plant, and Morgana is an ancient aspect by birth, and LeBlanc is an old woman manipulating Noxus behind the scenes for centuries, and everyone already knows how old Camille and Lissandra are. Like they're ALL grannies actually, like this is the old granny skin line. Can Black Cleaver get some love/buffs? Posted: 06 Feb 2021 10:14 AM PST That item has fallen out of existence this season. It was a meta item for so many top/jungles in S10 but it's new stats + price are just never worth it anymore. I'd say either: A) reduce its price. Its 3300 gold making it way too expensive to first build in lane anymore which is how it's supposed to be used. You need to stack it 6 times to get any affect out of its second passive. Laning phase is one of the only times you'll be able to consistently do that but like I said, it costs way too much compared to alternatives to be worth building. Or B) Buff its stats, this seems obvious. The item is 86% gold efficient without its two passives. The first of which you only sometimes get the full effect of and the second passive is hardly ever proc'd. The passives are way too hard to execute to justify its base stats being so bad. If they don't want to buff the stats then give its movement speed back. It was one of the few things that made its passive viable since you could actually stick on slippery, cc tanks to make full use of its passive. It's current second passive isn't even necessary, once you've fully stacked Carve you don't need more damage you need to be able to now take advantage of the 24% armor shred you just spent time stacking up. It was an item I loved, it's just so terrible nowadays. It was a great counter to armor stacking tanks. When you're playing into a malphite who goes Bramble, Steelcaps, Sunfire, you sort of just have to stop laning/trading. Black Cleaver made that strategy a little less punishing and abusive. I hate the gameplay of "get so much armor you can't take damage anymore" without there being some counter play to it (which used to be old Black Cleaver). It's not healthy, there should be counters/strategies against every play style and in top lane there simply isn't one against that. Edit- Since making this post I decided to check winrates of top lane. I know that doesn't show the full story but of the bottom 25 champs only two are tanks, whereas the top 25 champs based on win rate there are 8 tanks with 5 being top 10 and some other off-tanks in there as well.
