Give us a wave fatter than Senna ult. Give us a wave that moves with the speed of URF Quinn. Give us a wave that inspires fear in the hearts of the enemy back line, as opposed to being something so slow and narrow that anyone who sees it coming performs the revolutionary technique of "walking slightly to the side". The worst designed thing about Aphelios is that all of his guns are PURE UPSIDE, he is not punished for mistakes harshly enough Posted: 03 Feb 2020 03:30 AM PST When the champion was first revealed people talked about wow this champ is gonna hit 30% win rate until dedicated mains learn him and work around weapon rotation. In reality Aphelios builds full crit and is almost just as happy to gun you down with his sniper rifle in melee range, or duel another adc using only his slow gun. If he does actually rotate through his guns properly though and uses his white Crescendum in melee range, he gets like 200% damage and fucks you up completely. Why does Aphelios not get properly punished for wrong weapon usage, if he brings Gravitum to a 1v1 duel it should do like 50% damage and he loses to every other ad. Balance around its slow utility to make up for it if needed, but the FLOOR on weapon damage should not be, oh ok he is a normal ADC. Preparation for fights getting the right weapon should matter more, yes this is hard. Take Gnar, if he was released as forgiving as Aphelios, mini Gnar would still get the ult but it would do like 20% less damage. Add meaningful change offs to his kit, and make Aphelios players make correct choices rather than forcing the enemy to play around weapons or get unfairly fucked up. submitted by /u/mazrim_lol [link] [comments]

Posted: 03 Feb 2020 07:49 AM PST By my count, currently there are four world champions playing as starters in the LCS - Impact, Bang, Crown, and CoreJJ. Meanwhile in Korea the world champions are Cuvee, Ruler, Faker, and Haru. And this is being a little generous, as Ambition, rather than Haru, was the main jungler when Samsung won worlds. I understand leaver buster being there for people who afk intentionally or who repeatedly have issues leaving the game due to poor internet etc. This was the first time I have ever left a game, and the game forced me to leave. I played the WHOLE game, smashed bot lane, helped my team get baron, and while I was 1v1 the enemy rengar I got disconnected (and still killed him). When I tried to reconnect I got a "unable to connect to the server". That's weird. Let me check if my internet is acting up for no reason. Oh I am still connected to the internet, let me force close league and open it back up. Oh still unable to connect to the server. I had to retry connecting to the server 6 or 7 times before it finally just let me back in. And when I came back my team was at the enemy nexus, I apologized and we won.
