Now you might be asking why do we even care about emotes and who buys them...... Owning all emotes, despite the long and pointless grind, is an excellent way to source orange essence. Duplicate emotes disenchant for 140 orange essence, which is great value for (previously) 40 tokens. This saves you having to choose between shards that you already own, or waiting longer for more orange essence. Another slap in the face to the players, not really surprised to be honest Update: they have since changed the release to say 60 tokens. We were up 44-24, triple inhib and nexus turrets, ocean soul and elder, but the enemy Lux got a kill as we were leaving their base. Their Yorick all-chatted "might as well ff" and everyone else on my team voted yes and we lost. In a RANKED GAME. Don't even know how to react to this. | Shoutout to the teammates that don't give up! Posted: 14 May 2020 10:28 AM PDT Like thank you! You guys are awesome. Last night I was playing a game and our Nasus was just having the worst time. His lane was terrible. He was down 40 cs and was 0/3. On top of that our team was flaming him, the emeny team was flaming him and most our team was ready to quit. Well I told him "Nas its okay man, you got this I believe in you. Just farm and take my jungle bro". From that point I started typing in all chat telling them "You guys are gonna lose if you keep talking mess" they said "We have a fed team and no one can carry you" I said "We have Nasus and he will carry" They just kept flaming him all game. Meanwhile our team was throwing up the surrender vote. All I said was " Its okay we got this" Well from that Nas just stayed quite and only replied to the things I was encouraging him on and well the emeny team left him alone to farm. Next thing you know he has over 700 stacks and is mowing down the enemy team. Then in all chat I said "Told you guys were gonna lose :) if you kept talking" This game was fantastic and I loved every bit of it. Just thank you Nas for not giving up. | LCS SPRING 2019 Estimated Total Salaries per team Posted: 14 May 2020 01:58 PM PDT Travis Gafford is for the first time revealing concrete numbers of salaries from last year's spring split with his salary efficiency breakdown. To provide some context, he didn't want to reveal concrete numbers last year because of the possible implications it might have on the scene as a whole but revealed the total salaries of the three teams not in the LCS anymore. As someone who's really interested in the sports agency side of eSports and coming from a traditional background, I was really curious about the ranges of salaries we're talking about in the scene. Travis takes the total salary of a team and divides it by the number of wins they had. Keep in mind the non-bolded numbers are all speculative but we're able to get a range of salaries based on the info he revealed. [link] [comments] |
