Simple Questions Simple Answers: Patch 10.20

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 02:51 PM PDT

    Hello summoners!

In order to create better discussion in the subreddit, we will be redirecting all simple questions to this thread. Check out the most recent patch notes on the sidebar!

What is a simple question? Typically, we define a simple question as something that can be answered fully within a single, or maybe two at most, comments. In this thread, you can ask any question you need answered about League of Legends, even if it isn't necessarily about learning the game itself. Keep in mind we will still continue to remove golden rule violations, rants, memes, topics against Riot's ToS, and paid services - but the other rules are generally more lax here.

What you can do to help!

For now, this is a patch-based thread, meaning it will be posted once every two weeks. Checking back on this thread later in the patch and answering any questions that have been posted would be a huge help!

If you're trying to ask a question, the more specific you are, the better it is for all of us! We can't give you any help if we don't get much to work with in the first place.

    Resources

    • Our 101 page, with a ton of free content!

    • Our weekly mentoring thread: We have many users willing to provide free mentoring services!

    General Guidelines for Students

    • You will be making the first contact by sending a PM or replying to the mentor of your choice.

    • Come prepared. What do you want to take away from this? Is there anything the mentors can review?

    • Know your issues: In which areas do you struggle?

    • You must understand that getting better is all about yourself. Bring your best attitude.

    • Be motivated. The results are proportional to the amount of effort you put in practice.

    • Mentors are here to assist and help you with the difficulties you encounter. This is not a way to find high elo Duo Queue partners.

    General Guidelines for Mentors

    • You will accept players of your choice as students upon receiving their messages. The responsibility to make further contact and set up times falls on you.

    • Be clear as to what you want to do for your student(s) in your description: Review replays, lane together in normals, experiment and practice in custom games, simply answer questions/discuss, etc.

    • Try to organize your sessions by having specific themes. You do not want to overburden someone with too much information at once.

    • Give yourself discussion prompts to avoid losing your trail of thought. Slow down, clarify your opinions and make sure the student understands.

    • It is important to always promote a positive attitude and mentality towards playing and improving.

    LPT: Attack the Nexus

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 07:42 AM PDT

I see this more commonly in low elo than high, but holy hell, hit the god damn open Nexus. Stop greeding for kills on the 0/8 top laner when their whole teams up in 5.

Stop csing the 3 creep waves that just spawned, that extra 21 cs isn't going to make your 4cs/min Ryze look any better.

Stop bm diving fountain leaving just the support and tank jungle to try kill the open Nexus with their combined damage output of a semi boiled piece of spaghetti being flung through the air.

The amount of games I've seen lately where people have thrown by doing anything other than hitting the open Nexus is mind boggling, it literally wins you the game, people do realise that is the whole reason you should be loading up in league right? To kill the big jewel power thingy in the freaking enemy base?

    Pro tip over.

Quick guide to Ability Haste (Preseason 2021)

    Posted: 29 Sep 2020 05:26 PM PDT

Hey all, in case any of you were not aware Riot is releasing a major overhaul of the current items system. Among the changes that has caused the most confusion is the replacement of CDR with "Ability Haste". It's not a very intuitive name nor concept, so I'll try to explain it in this post.

So what exactly is "ability haste"? In its simplest terms, it is the "percent increase in possible casts per minute". For example, let's imagine an Ezreal standing in fountain spamming Q. With 20 Ability Haste, he will be able to cast 20% more Qs per minute than if he had 0 ability haste, with 40 he will be able to be able to cast 40% more, etc.

On the other hand, CDR operates on the base cooldown, which has an EXPONENTIAL effect on possible casts per minute. With 20% CDR, Ezreal will be able to cast around 25% more Qs within a given time than with 0 CDR, while with 40% CDR he will be able to cast 66.7% more Qs than with 0 CDR. At 80% CDR (URF), Ezreal is able to cast a whopping 400% more Qs per minute. Comparatively, ability haste results in a linear increase in cast per minute. From 0-20 Ability Haste his casts per minute increases by 20%, from 20-40 his casts per minute increases by 20% again. At 80 ability haste, he will be able to cast 80% more Qs per minute.

Another byproduct of this is that Ability Haste has a LOGARITHMIC effect on cooldown reduction. In other words, the more ability Ability Haste you stack, the less it lowers your cooldown. HOWEVER, no matter how much or how little Ability Haste you stack, it will TECHNICALLY increase your theoretical DPS from abilities linearly. A lot of champs may not benefit much from this; for example, many burst mages may choose to invest less into ability haste and more into pure damage, as it would take significantly more ability haste (67 AH = 40% CDR) to match the benefits they used to feel from CDR. However, more DPS or utility focused champs may be able to more effectively utilize the higher possible casts per minute, and may build enough AH that is equivalent to more than 40% CDR. A lot of it will probably be reliant on how gold efficient AH is as well as how prevalent it is in items.

This graph compares CDR vs Ability Haste in terms of percent increase in casts per time.

This graphs compares CDR vs Ability Haste in terms of percentage of original cooldown.

Here is the conversion from CDR to Ability Haste.

Here is the conversion from Ability Haste to CDR.

I hope this clears things up a bit!

    Ability activation chain?

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 05:21 AM PDT

    Hello!

I was wondering if anybody could tell me how the ability chain works in League.

Example: If I play Darius, and I play with conqueror. At 12 stacks I get healed 15% of the damage dealt. And my Q on Darius heals me for 15% of my missing HP.
Which of the two would have the priority of activating first when I have conqueror stacked and I'm missing HP?

Human Psychology and The Utility of Pyke W (Ghostwater Dive)

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 01:05 PM PDT

Pyke's W gives him camouflage and gives him a decaying burst of movement speed. This in and of itself provides decent utility as a mobility tool, but it also has great utility as a psychological tool. When used within a large radius around enemy champions, they receive an audio cue and visual indicator that you are nearby. However, unless they are in close proximity to you, you are invisible still.

I find this has the tendency to unnerve enemy champions because you are a threatening all-in champion that is nearby but invisible, making the intention and positioning of your camouflage unclear. In addition, the audio cue can be a bit intense and off-putting. It seems to play on the same survival skill that leaves children afraid of the dark; there are potential threats afoot, but you cannot locate them or attempt to counteract them in any meaningful way but fleeing. This plays on the assumption that you are a threat; that is, you are not inting and have kill potential on an all-in, which most decent Pyke players will have through midgame.

    So what?

Use the unnerving nature of his W to play on your enemy's primal fear of the "dark", so to speak. You can use Pyke W to create pressure and threaten instead of as a simple mobility tool, which I see a lot of in lower ELO. (W movement speed go brrrrr) If your enemies cannot see you but know you are nearby, they are often forced to act defensively as though you are an immediate threat even if you are just lurkin' nearby.

How can I use this practically?

Here are some quick examples. This is not an exhaustive list, and you will find a lot of highly situational uses for this technique.

    1. To peel a teammate who is retreating from an outnumbered fight.
    2. To threaten would-be contesters off of epic monsters while your team takes them.
    3. To force isolated targets to either group up or split off during a teamfight.
    4. To scare lone tower defenders away from turret. (Note: I believe camouflaged champions are revealed under turret but your audio/visual cue range outranges turret)
    5. To force enemy off of important CS in lane. (think cannon)

Thank you for reading, and see you on the rift!

How far can you climb as an old man?

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 01:48 PM PDT

As the title states, I'm an old man, or at least old by the standards of this game. (mid to late 40's)

With poor mechanics and lack of reaction time, how far do you think I can climb?

I'm a jungle main that plays udyr (recently learning skarner, hecarim, nunu)

Also what role do you think is good for me? Support maybe? (I can play nautilus/sona)

PS. hardstuck in silver tho been playing since beta, lol

How to properly utilize Unsealed Spellbook

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 11:38 AM PDT

I really enjoy running this keystone however I find myself unsure how to maximize its' efficiency at times. Often times I will have both summoners and the spell swap up, (usually ignite and flash) and I'm not sure whether it is correct to just hold onto to my summoners or use the swap to lower the cooldown. Usually I would try to swap to teleport for my next back, or swap to a combat summoner such as heal or exhaust that I can try to use at the beginning of the fight in order to also use my ignite. If anyone has any tips it would be much appreciated. I mainly play Zoe and Galio if that helps.

How to melee vs melee trade in the top lane?

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 11:55 AM PDT

So a little bit of background, I'm a silver3 Diana 1 trick (Obviously in the mid lane), but I've been getting pretty burnt out on mid recently so I decided to make a new account where I will only play top lane. Overall I've been having a lot of fun with Top lane, and I've been playing mostly Garen. My problem though is that I have no idea what to do in actual melee vs melee lanes. With Diana I could pretty much just cs with q, not take too much poke, and only go for a trade when I hit my q and know I'll win it. The problem is with Garen I need to actually walk up and hit the minions, but I often just freeze up and get scared so I let them push me in under turret, get all the of the xp and some cs under turret, lose lane by 30 cs and then get ahead after lane phase because my split pushing is decent, as I would do it sometimes on Diana.

But that's obviously not how you actually play top lane, so how do I learn to walk up and get cs? How do I learn when I shouldn't walk up for cs because I'm going to lose the trade? How do I learn to actually play top lane instead of just trying to mid lane in the top lane? I guess my question isn't really how to trade, but more how to cs. Obviously if there out of position I can q e them and get a good trade off, but I don't really do anything unless I'm trading into them, I stand back and give cs a lot, but don't know when to not give cs.

Gold Efficiency of the new items.

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 09:17 AM PDT

I've been working this morning on making a sheet with the gold efficiency of all the new/reworked items, you can take a look at it here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G4KzYbqzB5mmWldY4_-HG5zzElwtKwRmpxb7OHx3V6s/edit?usp=sharing

reminder to not take those at face value, the passives need to be taken into account when evaluating items, but this should help in theorycrafting by seeing whether the passive is worth a loss in gold efficiency or see if an item is a clear outlier in terms of stats.

Season 11 Item Gold Efficiency - Including Mythic Passive Value Growth

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 12:50 PM PDT

Link to spreadsheet. Of course it would be very difficult to quantify the efficiencies of the item passives and actives, so those are left out and only raw stats are included. This analysis also assumes that your typical full build will have 1 Mythic, 4 Legendaries, and boots.

Here's a summary of the top 5 and bottom 5 mythic efficiencies based on different criteria. These values come from the 9/29 PBE patch and will change.

Sorted by efficiency with 0 legendary items
    Kraken Slayer 103.68%
    Goredrinker 102.10%
    Immortal Shieldbow 99.26%
    Stridebreaker 96.63%
    Everfrost 95.65%
    ... ...
    Eclipse 77.50%
    Duskblade of Draktharr 73.81%
Locket of the Iron Solari 72.57%
    Shurelya's Battlesong 59.30%
    Moonstone Renewer 47.96%

Sorted by efficiency with 4 legendary items
    Immortal Shieldbow 135.03%
    Everfrost 134.03%
    Kraken Slayer 133.09%
    Trinity Force 128.76%
    Axamuk's Folly 117.34%
    ... ...
    Duskblade of Draktharr 82.48%
    Prowler's Claw 81.84%
    Berserker's Suit 81.71%
    Shurelya's Battlesong 77.53%
    Moonstone Renewer 58.63%

Sorted by efficiency change from 0 to 4 legendary items Efficiency Difference (same formula as Return on Investment)
    Trinity Force 45.00%
    Everfrost 38.38%
    Immortal Shieldbow 35.75%
    Frostfire Gauntlet 33.33%
    Axamuk's Folly 29.43%
    ... ...
    Sunborn Aegis 8.67%
    Goredrinker 8.41%
    Liandry's Anguish 8.16%
    Prowler's Claw 3.13%
    Berserker Suit 2.29%

Some interesting findings from this quick analysis show that the marksman Mythics have very good efficiencies, while the assassin and enchanter Mythics are the lowest efficiencies. Perhaps the balance team puts more value into the the passive/actives of those items, what do you guys think?

What makes a champion a viable support?

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 09:05 AM PDT

As a low-skilled player, Sett seemed to me like he'd only go top or maybe jungle, but I see him supporting really often in pro games and I wonder why. Champs like Lux, Sona and Soraka I can understand, because they have heals or shields or can directly buff their teammates. Why do Sett and a bunch of other non-healing or shielding champs support? Is it the cc? Is it their stats/scaling? Why are some ability-reliant champs like Brand better in the support role instead of mid lane? Why on Earth is Shaco listed with support as a secondary role on Mobalytics?? sorry for dumb questions

    Approach Velocity on Vel'Koz

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 01:48 PM PDT

So I usually go sorcery first and inspiration secondary works best for me for mid velkoz, but the problem is that I get cosmic insight and stop watch for inspiration. By all means, I feel as though cosmic is non negotiable but I feel like biscuits are a waste since I usually buy refill potion. I hate getting boots because I feel like I have to wait too long to get free boots. I usually run stopwatch mostly now since it makes the most sense but I tend not to build zhonyas unless I'm going against assassins.

Has anyone tried approach velocity, I have yet to since I feel like it won't do much and I don't have the most patience to experiment.

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 08:06 AM PDT

Hey r/summonerschool I'm in need of assistance, I'm a returning player, (the last time I played was 2012) and my friend is brand new and wants to get into the game with me. I have a few questions, and I want to be as helpful as possible, so if you have any suggestions other than what I ask please feel free to say it as well.

What do I do to help them learn the game?

Is there a role that is easier than the others for a beginner?

Are there any new player tips you wish you knew when you started?

Should I play with them and try to help them learn or let them try to figure it out all on their own?

Thanks in advance for any and all advice, we'll be starting playing tonight and I'm excited to get back into the game and try the tips I see here!

I made a list of every item that became a Mythic item and what changed :)

    Posted: 29 Sep 2020 05:30 PM PDT

Please subscribe to my channel because I am dropping a full video explaining all the items and changes and I worked so hard on this list and the video :) https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuNhoqvzpr9LrGBN-dgt-qA

    CHANGED ITEMS

    TANK MYTHICS

    - Sunfire Aegis This item is the reworked version of 'Sunfire Cape'. It's gold value has been raised from 2750 to 3200. It gives up half of it's Armor to get extra Health, Magic Resist and Ability Haste. The 'Immolate' passive has slightly changed. The two parts of the passive have been added together to form one passive (It now does bonus health damage without having to immobilize an enemy). It has less base damage (20-40 magic damage instead of 26-43 magic damage (based on level)) but now it has a stacking system. Everytime you damage an enemy Champion or Epic Monster with Immolate's effect, it adds a stack to your passive. The damage from 'Immolate' increases by 12% for each stack(stacks 6 times) for 5 seconds. The new passive is called 'Radiance'. At max stacks, your basic attacks explode and deal damage to surrounding enemies burning them for 3 seconds.

    - Frostfire Gauntlet This item is the reworked version of 'Iceborn Gauntlet'. It's gold value has been raised from 2700 to 3200. It has less Armor but gains Health, Magic Resist and Ability Haste. The 'Spellblade' passive has been replaced by it's own 'Immolate' passive and the 'Icy zone' passive has been replaced by the 'Frostfire' passive. This passive is very similar to the old one, only that it doesn't damage the enemy but only slows them.

    - Berserker Suit This item is the reworked version of 'Righteous Glory'. It's gold value has been raised from 2650 to 3200. It has less Health, no Health Regen, no CDR and gives no Mana, but gives Magic Resist and Ability Haste. It's active 'Pursuit' is basicly the same active. The item gained the passive 'Immolate'.

    AD ASSASSIN MYTHICS

    - Duskblade of Draktharr This item's gold value has been raised from 2900 to 3200. This item has less Lethality, Attack Damage and no CDR but gains Ability Haste. It's new passive 'Dusk' is very similar to the old passive only that it does more damage and can turn you invisible after killing an enemy.

    AP MYTHICS (MANA)

    - Liandry's Anguish This item is the reworked version of 'Liandry's Torment'. This item's gold value has been raised from 3100 to 3400. The item gives more Ability Power, gives Health instead of Mana and gives Ability Haste. The 'Madness' passive has been removed and the 'Torment' passive now shredds Magic Resist.

    - Luden's Tempest This item is the reworked version of 'Luden's Echo'. This item's gold value has been raised from 3200 to 3400. This item has less Ability Power but gains Ability Haste and Magic Penetration. The 'Haste' passive has been removed and the 'Echo' passive doesn't give charges anymore.

    AP MYTHICS (NON-MANA)

    - Hextech Rocketbelt This item is the reworked version of 'Hextech Protobelt-01'. This item's gold value has been raised from 2500 to 3200. It gives more Ability Power, Ability Haste, no CDR and less Health. It's active 'Fire Bolt' is very similar but gives you Movement Speed towards enemies after you hit them with it.

    AD FIGHTER MYTHICS

    - Trinity Force This item's gold value has been lowered from 3733 to 3333. This item gives Ability Haste and more Attack Damage, but gives lower Attack Speed, lower Health, No CDR, no Movement Speed and no Mana. The 'Spellblade' passive didn't really change and the 'Swift Strikes' passive grants you more Movement Speed and Attack Damage.

    ENCHANTER MYTHICS

    - Shurelya's Battlesong This item is the reworked version of 'Shurelya's Reverie'. This item's gold value has been raised from 2050 to 2600. This item gives you Ability Haste and Movement Speed but no CDR, Health Regen, Mana Regen and no Heal and shield power. It's passive 'Inspire' now grants decaying Movement Speed and bonus magic damage on the next 3 attacks.

    - Locket of the Iron Solari This item's gold value has been raised from 2200 to 2600. This item gives you less Magic Resist but gives you Health, and Ability Haste. It's active 'Intervention' now grants a bigger shield to an ally(the shield still decayes) and it's new passive 'Iron Aura' gives extra Armor and Magic Resist to nearby allies.

    Support practice in practice tool?

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 03:15 AM PDT

Is there any way to practice support skills in practice tool?

For laners, you can practice CS, and for junglers you can practice your clear, but none of these things apply for support, since they are supposed to have lane pressure and vision control, neither of which can really be practiced in practice tool.

What things can I do with the practice tool to improve my support gameplay?

You can auto attack reset with dashes as well.

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 03:44 PM PDT

Not a lot of people in low elo have to seem noticed it but if you were to use lucian or aatrox e and vayne q on a wall you're standing next to since the character cant dash through that certain wall you'll reset your auto attack. I'm not sure with which dashes that work other than these but these are the ones i noticed

    Maokai or Malphite top

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 03:39 PM PDT

    Hey everyone!

I'm trying to add a tank to my top lane picks, and I'm really stuck between Maokai and Malphite. I mainly play Kled and Jax, with a small smattering of Renekton and am in the process of learning Camille. I'm looking to start ranked next season only when I'm really comfortable with 3 or 4 champs. From the brief times I've played them, I prefer Maokai a little, but I'm really conflicted. Any help would be super appreciated!

    Thank you.

Getting auto filled JG every game and feeding. Now I want to learn so I don’t have to anymore.

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 03:35 PM PDT

Hey everyone. I am a casual player, lvl 75, typically a mid laner, who has the title suggests, get auto filled a lot.

After coming back off a pretty long hiatus, I started to play league again about a week ago, but playing a highly contested role, Im often put on jungle quite a bit. Typically I'm not one to dodge, so I often tough it out if my team doesn't want to switch. Back in the day I was fairly decent on champs such as Kayn and Gragas, so I figured I could try and not feed.

Boy was I wrong, I am going extremely negative almost every game. I'm struggling to get ganks to go well as the enemy just seems to be quicker than me at all times, or perma shoved. I gained some tips on more efficiently clearing the jungle to not always be at low health, but I still don't feel beefy enough to take a fight in lane. I regularly lose a 1v1 in the jungle to the enemy in a situation I am told I should have won. And above all it feels like it is so easy to fall behind and get styled on by the enemy jungle that I'm struggling to find any fun at all while jungling. It feels like if I make one mistake I'm behind forever, but if I play decent enough I'm still a level behind, and if I play flawless I'm at best even and then losing a 1v1 to throw the lead.

I know it's kind of a laundry list of issues, and I need help in basically every regard, and maybe I'm just facing way better people, but could I get some help with this kind of stuff, mainly stuck being behind every game and maybe some ganking tips to help it all go smoothly?

What can i do as a jungler when enemy Top goes Rampage

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 09:33 AM PDT

    Hey,

I was Platinum 4 last season and i am currently stuck in Gold 2.

I mostly play champs like Jarvan IV,Kha'Zix & Gragas.

And recently i have some problems with climbing most of the games are lost due to huge top diff.

I find it extremely hard to carry a game when the enemy top is level 13 while everyone else is about level 9-11 i keep getting oneshot and i have most problems vs champs like Sett & Tryndamere.

No matter how often i gank toplane in the early game my Toplaner always manage to throw their lead by overextending way to hard with 200 HP and no vision in the River.

I usually gank top once or twice if my teammate has CC sometimes even more often and after that i try to gank bot so we can play around dragon, but even with a fed botlane and even mid we hardly manage to kill the enemy top laner that is still 3-4 level ahead of us most of the time.

If the enemy toplaner decides to split push at least 3 of us have to move all the time to stop him from doing so which leads to us losing at least 1 Mid Turret.

I really don't know what to do anymore. It's so frustrating to see almost every game end like this where my team was ahead early and then super behind at min 20+.

What should i do instead?Completely ignore toplane and focus on other lanes instead and hope top isn't a one sided stomp for the enemy team?

How to actually learn skill matchups?

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 03:59 AM PDT

I'd like to say I'm new to League, but 6 months of playing and I haven't improved much, if at all. I can play support decently well with mages, especially against players in my elo, but I've been trying to pick up mid and I just cannot play against skill matchups (aka mage v mage matchups). I'm still learning positioning and I'm still unsure about the abilities of a number of mid champions (thank you riot for making them so expensive that I can't even try them), so the majority of my games against skill matchups are me getting dumpstered while trying to farm and failing to trade. For example, I'm trying to learn Syndra and how to land her w, but I absolutely cannot balance learning those basic mechanics with all the wave management and trading that's going on.

I'm at this point where I'm simply avoiding playing the game because of how miserable every single mage v mage lane has gone for me, and even asking friends to practice with me doesn't seem to particularly help as I still find myself constantly losing trades, eventually getting all-inned, missing CS, etc. etc. and can't figure out anything about predicting player's movements or picking up on patterns because of everything I'm trying to juggle. Add to all this the fact that a good 90% of my matchups are assassins and I'm not sure how I can possibly learn to play against other mages. How exactly does one learn how to play mage vs. mage matchups besides spamming games and hoping that they get another mage of similar skill level as an opponent? Can one even win a skill matchup while being the worse player?

Would electrocute be stronger than comet on some mages?

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 02:09 PM PDT

So I was discussing runes with a friend one day when they mentioned that electrocute is stronger than comet. I didn't really think much of it, so when I played again I went to check the runes and it is in fact dealing more damage, though of course there is the fact that comet can have its cooldown reset and can damage even with non damaging abilities. I still decided to try it out with some of the champions I like to play (Veigar, Teemo, Kennen, not sure if I already tried it with Lillia too) since I can still set the secondary runes as sorcery to take the mana rune and whatever else I need. It does seem to be dealing a lot more damage than just poking with comet, though I'm still not entirely sure if I should just stick to the comet build, since I'm not sure whether or not I need some of the other sorcery runes too. Any opinion? If it helps, I also play Rumble a lot, Annie very rarely and was thinking of picking up Ekko and Fizz.

    • know your win condition and play arround it

    • have counter picks and blind picks in your champ pool OR one trick

    • learn when to dodge and use it at all times

    • know when you are the carry and when you are not and learn to play in a lost matchup to still win game

    • play around ur carry at all times.

    • play around TP cooldowns

    • learn efficient trading

    • learn how to beat ranged champions and your counters

    • having more than 2 champions in your champ pool is helpful.

    • work on your positionning

    • learn when a minion is a suicide note for you

    • stop contesting waves that are slowpushing towards you

    • do your homeworks: read patchnotes, watch videos of hard matchups, read about the new builds and runes for your champion.

    • be ready for new OP/Cheese picks and know beforehand how to play against it.

    • work your tilt management

    • and most of all; stop chatting, plat4 players chat more than the average silver player.

    Itemization for Jax

    Posted: 30 Sep 2020 04:28 AM PDT

So i recently started using Jax toplane and I'm loving him, and I usually go for tiamat - trinity - boots - 1000 gold pieces armor piece (Armor, MR, it depends on the enemy team composition) - titanic hydra - sterak rage I have 3 questions: -does the tiamat ability reset the auto attack? -how do I play against Champs like Garen (what playstyle should I use, how should I build exc.) -are there items that I should ALWAYS build with Jax? maybe items that reset the auto attack or that gives me more Attack speed?
