    Let's be honest, no one uses the skin shard rentals

    When someone has a skin shard, why would they even consider consuming the shard to rent the skin for a week. If they like the skin they just consumed the shard of, now instead of getting it for free they would have to spend money, when instead they can just wait and break down other skin shards they know they wont like to get this skin for free.

    I think making the rental needs to be changed altogether. One idea is that the rental can only last 24 hours but not consume the shard so they people can know for sure if they actually want to put the time and resources into unlocking the skin.

    Realistically its just a pointless option that could be actually useful if it didn't consume the shard.

    Edit: well I guess this blew up, my intention wasnt to just complain, I would really like it if Riot tried to do something to make the rental actually usable or some sort of replacement/ way to test the skin other than looking at skin spotlight, which I dont think is even officially from riot, although he does a kickass job.

    Firefighter Tristana for Australia wildfires

    Inspired completely by the overwatch community, it would be really cool if firefighter Tristana (a great skin btw) was made available (if it's not already) with proceeds going to the fires in Australia. Alien invader heimerdinger was around for the area 51 raid and there is a social impact fund for this kind of stuff so I feel like it would be feasible and fitting.

    I would definitely agree with him. You can watch his video for a better explanation, but essential it comes down to Riot just thinking ahead of the curve. The revolutionised eSports and shaped gaming & internet culture as a whole. Twitch and even popular games like Fortnite would not be where they if it wasn't for league making online streaming & content creation mainstream.
