Posted: 28 Mar 2020 06:10 AM PDT Garena is the publisher of League of Legends in Hong Kong/Taiwan/Southeast Asia. Here we buy League Points instead of Riot Points (1 LP ≒ 3.5 RP; a Legendary Skin worth 1820 RP is 510 LP) with real currency. Instead of releasing Cosmic Lux and Dark Cosmic Lux directly in the shop for 510 LP each, they made them limited skins (which means they're even kept out of Hextech chests) and in order to obtain them, we have to play a roulette gambling game where these 2 skins are the "top prizes". Some people have spent 3-4 times the LP than what we would've paid if these skins were directly released in the shop like any other Legendary skins, and they still haven't gotten the skin yet. How can they even get away with this? They've done the exact same thing to Galaxy Slayer Zed and Dark Cosmic Jhin already; nowadays whenever a new Legendary Skin is out they refuse to sell it directly and want players to gamble for them (with players often spending 3-4 times the original price tag before finally "winning" the skins) submitted by /u/mortychichi [link] [comments]

Him and Atlus work so well off each other and his game knowledge and ability to express his points is extremely clear for being a non native English speaker. Also his ability to translate proview replays gives an added insight into how Koreans communicate in game. Umbral Glaive's 3x damage to wards should really be Melee only. Brittle mechanic is supposed to empower cc, but it's mostly used for bonus damage, why not rework it to its intended purpose? Posted: 28 Mar 2020 01:46 PM PDT Ornn is the only champ with brittle but the mechanic itself has a lot of room to grow. It was pitched as a way to empower cc but it's mostly been used as a free sheen proc without the cool down to blow up carries. Why not remove the bonus damage? Having just the knock back and potential to layer cc should be more then enough if buffed a little bit.
