Make annie's tibbers doll disappear from her hand while her ult is active.

    Posted: 16 May 2020 01:16 PM PDT

My girlfriend just asked me why annie still has her doll after she ults, and I was like uuuuh, idk, good point.

So Im here to share that insanely gamebreaking bug idea to make her doll disappear while her ult is active to keep up with the lore, or atleast with the cinematics.

    Have a nice weekend everybody!

PC Gamer plagiarized one of Gbay's older League videos back in 2016 to make an article about why League players hate Teemo. The article copies basically word for word in some spots.

Damwon Showmaker reaches challenger playing each champ only once

    Posted: 16 May 2020 08:47 AM PDT

    Here is op.gg https://www.op.gg/summoner/champions/userName=MIDKlNG

He played no champion more than once and it took him 86 games with 69% winrate

I think this is seriously impressive and shows his knowledge of many champions and all roles, but I'm suprised he could make challenger in so little games actually

URF Corki ULT cooldown is longer than regular gameplay

    Posted: 16 May 2020 08:07 AM PDT

Just played an URF game of Corki excited to spam some rockets only to find its cooldown had actually increased.

Corki Ult normally has a static cooldown of 2 seconds, and stores 7 charges, which each take 12/11/10 seconds to charge. That static cooldown should stay at 2 seconds regardless of URF's 80% CDR, and instead the charge time should come down to 2.4/2.2/2.0 seconds per charge.

The tooltip instead showed both having the 80% CDR applied - a 0.4 second cooldown, with 2.4/2.2/2.0 second charges. However, when using your ultimate, the cooldown instead matches the charge time at each level (2.4/2.2/2.0)

This means that Corki has, until level 16, a longer cooldown on his ultimate than he does in regular gameplay.

Either I'm absolutely clueless and something very obvious is going on that I'm just oblivious to, or something is wonky with Corki's R in URF.

LS, Impact and Darshan/ZionSpartan talking about freezing on stream/ Darshan "will" try to get 10 players to test the strategy in inhouses

    Posted: 16 May 2020 02:21 AM PDT

    Sry for bad english.

I arrived late into the stream, but LS was coaching Darshan/ZionSpartan top lane and in the reviewing process after the game was done, Impact came and they started talking about freezing and whats better and whats not, having a long conversation for over an hour about it.

In the end (and thats the point of this post) is that Darshan will try to get 10 players to test one team freezing and the other trying to break it/making plays to see whats better (freezing or not, in which scenarios etc.), to start a conversation about it.

PD: Darshan is going to play another game with ls coaching it (in LS stream) if you wanna watch it

PD2: Will post the link to the vod after it's done

edit: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/622466159?t=04h08m40s this is the time when the conversation about the freeze started

Nunu ganks Midlane with snowball and enemy Morgana on Botlane gets a knockup aswell for no reason.

    Posted: 16 May 2020 09:53 AM PDT

We were playing Flex Q as a 5 man team . Our Nunu decided to gank the Midlane and rolled through Vladimir with the snowball (you can see it on the mini map) . At the same time morgana received a knock up as well for no reason. Clean coding

LoL Malice AFKs after going 0/2

    Posted: 15 May 2020 07:58 PM PDT

Challenger player LoLMalice decides to AFK a game after dying twice giving the reason that the ADC didn't leash

We can see by the replay that tahm helped him and he was pretty healthy without the adc leash, the two deaths he got before AFKing didn't had any correlation with varus not leashing.

Response by him: " if i ping him 12 times to come, and he doesnt, seems like he doesnt want a jungler so didnt he get what he wanted? "

Video of the game - We can see here that he didn't "ping 12 times" as he said, not even once

    Full Twitter Thread by JaVaaa
    Tweet by Malice

Eve (Malice) started blue and did full clear until red, where Elise invaded him and killed him, then he went bot scuttle and Elise stole it, eve went to the spawning gromp, elise followed him in the fog of war and killed him again.

What you guys think about this type of conduct in high mmr?
Every day we see more challenger players complaining about the game having so much trollers and AFKs, on the other side we see those trollers and AFKs saying that they do that because of their team mates trolling them

Former FlyQuest & GGA coach (@MangoLoL) Inting and ragequitting my soloqueue game

    Posted: 16 May 2020 05:04 PM PDT

Gripex's attempt to get a new account to Challenger is evidence of the issues with Ranked Solo/Duo Queue

    Posted: 16 May 2020 09:16 AM PDT

Starting from a fresh account where he won the first placenent game, his placement was Iron 1.

Out of the next 20 games he only lost 4. After 35 games he is now only Silver 1.

The introduction of Iron was simply a way to make the horrible grind of Solo queue even worse and more time consuming. If a Challenger player can't get from placements to at least Gold/Platinum after 35 games then what hope is there for a Gold/Plat player who gets placed Iron after placements to get back to where they were within a reasonable amount of ganes. The incentive to climb gets less and less with each passing season.

I've already climbed back to my original rank from last season so this isn't a "someone's hardstuck" post. I think though that there's another element to the issue with Ranked other than what Voyboys put out.

Edit: A lot of fair and good points being made around the attempt to stop smurfing. Personally I believe this is at the expense of the average players experience however.

In regards MMR I'm of the firm belief it should be either MMR or Rank as the former makes the latter pointless.

Narrative Wake Episode 56: Lineage of NA Region Mids (feat. Midbeast)

Saying "ff,go next, im done" or anything similar in ranked when enemy gets FB or has only like 2 3 kills before 10-15 mins advantage should be considered extremely toxic and bannable.

    Posted: 16 May 2020 04:16 PM PDT

Its quite an annoying thing. Completely demoralizing the whole team when someone does this. Its actually very underrated how destructive it is. Usually 2 or 3 players just let go and just sneak troll the game by picking silly fights.

Edit: I don't mean they should get insta banned. A chat restriction would be enough to discourage this behaviour.

    This is the worst community

    Posted: 16 May 2020 05:29 PM PDT

I'm really new to the game, I get put into games with silver 1 players (not ranked) and then get flammed for just trying my best. It's a damn video game, why is everyone so mean.

I try to get help in other subreddits and I just get shit on. No one wants to help anyone get better, I've spent hours on YouTube watching videos on how to get better. But if I need a specific question answered, everyone is just rude.

You should be welcoming people into something you love rather than push them away... It's not like I'm running it down or anything, I'm just trying to play the game

I just wish everyone was nicer

Admitting your mistakes before your team has a chance to flame greatly reduced the amount of toxicity I've been receiving.

    Posted: 16 May 2020 04:17 PM PDT

So this is something I've been doing a lot recently and it really helped a lot. Stuff like

"brainfart, shouldn't have done that, sry"
    "My bad"
    "Oops"

And sometimes not even apologizing, but something along the lines of

    "damn, we got destroyed"
    "Shit, they played that well"
"we should have done x instead of y I think"

Notice how each of those things never addresses individuals specifically in a negative way except for yourself.

As we all know, league players have a very high ego, but I noticed that if you keep cool or are able to look back on a (bad) situation and loosen the built up tension with a short sentence, people don't tend to flame.
